Good placements in 2014, really good, impressed.
Placements: Many placements are done by different companies. Cognizant and Bosch are two of the companies. The highest salary offered was 20,000 rupees and the lowest was 13,000 rupees. Nearly 10% students got placed. They offered junior level developer, technical support and networking based roles. 30% of the students got an internship. They were offered 10,000 to 15,000 rupees as the stipend.
Infrastructure: They provide every good facility inside the lab. Free Wi-Fi, high-fi labs, nice classrooms including a projector, fan and separate chairs and desks for everyone. And we have a large collection of books with a high-end library. Medical checkup is done every year (like eye checkup and blood donating camps) for free. They conducted sports day.
We have a very big playing ground including basketball, cricket, football, volleyball places. The canteen is also very big and they provide north Indian, south Indian food. Very big rooms in the hostels with every facility including washing machine and heater.
Faculty: Good faculty members with good experience. They help a lot in doing projects and learning things from outside the college. They conduct different orientation programs. Teaching method was very simple and easy to learn. The faculty-students ratio was 2:5.

Other: The primary advantage of KGiSL-IIM is its location right inside the industry. It is a beautiful campus with very good infrastructure. The Institute provides adequate hands-on experience to its students on all relevant aspects of information and communication technologies. The in-Campus banking facility and ATMs, 24x7 cafeteria, campus medical clinic, Hostels, Gyms are some of the facilities available for KGiSL-IIM.
