Yes, BTech at LPU is worth pursuing if you are interested in CSE courses and are willing to pay the fee. LPU was ranked at 50 under the 'Engineering' category. The university provides an industry-focused enviornment. The university actively conducts huge placement drives and helps students to upskill themselves. CSE, IT, and AI & Machine Learning courses often see an overall good placement report with top 50% students getting an average package of INR 10.21 lakh. Scholarships are also given to students through LPUNEST and hence, if you secure one, the ROI becomes a good attraction. LPU PhD fee structure is a combination of several fee components including tuition fee, hostel fees, examinaition fees, caution deposit, and other fees. The LPU PhD tuition fee is INR 3 lakh.

The total fee for BTech range from INR 4.5 lakh - INR 36 lakh. Admission to BTech course is based on LPUNEST or CUET UG scores. LPU selects candidates for PhD course based on LPUNEST PhD score. The university will also consider the academic performance of the candidates for final selection. Below is the weightage of selection parameter for PhD:

Aspirants who have qualified GPAT (NET/ JRF) / CSIR (NET/ JRF) / ICAR (JR / SRF) examinations/ SLET (Punjab only) / GATE or GPAT scorecard/ ICAR (NET), SPM, Teacher Fellowship holder or passed MPhi. Programme (in regular mode only) are exempted from entrance examination LPUNEST (PhD).
