Review of Loyola Degree College (YSRR).

Placements: About 80% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 10 LPA. Wipro, Tata, Mahindra, etc., visit our college. Almost 99% of students got internships in companies like Wipro, Mahindra, etc. Top roles offered are graphic designer, computer engineer, civil engineer, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college has a huge library. Wi-Fi is available in the computer lab. The food charge is Rs. 5. We have computer labs, science labs, chemistry labs, etc.

Faculty: We have very talented teachers. They make us industry-ready. We need to study well. There are around 150 teaching staff members and 20 non-teaching staff members. Our college is under Yogi Vemana University. It is one of the top universities in our state. The course curriculum is relevant.

Other: Our college conducts all types of events and programs. We have NCC and NSS clubs. Our college offers many courses.

This is the best college in Rayalaseema regions in Andhra Pradesh.

Placements: There are no placements in this college, but the college management sends us to off-campus drives conducted by APSSDC and others. At that time, the faculty members support and guide the students, and they also give training to students in the college. The faculty members on the campus work more than their working hours for giving the training to students.

Infrastructure: Loyola Degree College has good infrastructure. Computers labs, chemistry lab, physics lab, botany lab, and zoology lab are available on the campus. It has a big library consisting of not only subject books but also other books such as competitive books, novels, etc. It has a big playground for students to play. A lot of greenery is available in this college.

Faculty: The faculty members of Loyola Degree College are talented, and almost all are M.Sc. postgraduates. Some of the faculty members are PhD holders. The faculty members freely interact with students, and they are friendly. They are available for more than working hours, and if needed, they conduct events for students to boost up them.

Other: Loyola Degree College conducts several events such as NCC, NSS, LACT, Literacy, and also celebrates festivals like Sankranthi Sambaralu, Christmas, etc.

Loyola degree college is ideal for those who have completed their degree.

Placements: At the time of my course, there was no company. When it comes to placements, it is not that good, as there was no special campus interview as it is located in a rural area. However, five to six companies came to campus to recruit students, offering a Rs 2.5-3.0 Lakh package. Most students go on to join master's after graduation, so it is not focused on placements. But the college principal supports people who can go off campus for interviews. I went to CAT coaching after BBA, so I never attended any interviews there. Only 80% of people are like this.

Infrastructure: Loyola College has the best infrastructure, like a library with no books, including novels and magazines. The digital library is also there with 60 computers in the library. Hostels are available on campus, which is optional. Classrooms are always clean and neat, and also have smart outdoor LED lights. A playground with sports equipment, including an indoor games hall, is available. The campus has a gym for boys and a small park for girls. Science labs and computer labs are there. Wi-Fi is not available. Separate rooms for student clubs and also extra-curricular activities like katati.

Faculty: Their way of teaching and the way of interacting with students is excellent. They give very useful knowledge to students. They conduct exams and also train for them. The semester system is very good for students at the time of exams. The faculty is very strictly And the pass percentage is near 80%.

Other: I can say it is totally worth the money. We can say it is a free education because every student gets a scholarship of Rs 10,000 per year from the Andhra Pradesh government, which covers the entire cost of the college, which is also Rs 10,000. So it is like free, but there is a separate amount needed to pay for the hostel, which is optional, but the fee for the hostel is also very small and everyone can afford it. Loyola has the best campus with good features like having a number of student clubs to engage students like LACT, Women's Cell, SMS, etc. It also has an official NSS and NCC. It sends students to NSS, NCC, and LACT tours; I even went to Cheeni & Vishakapatnam on behalf of the women's cell. Some of my friends went to Punjab for NSS. There were regular activities for student clubs; we used to visit a nearby village for awareness camps, which was great. The campus was safe with friendly staff who were always available in emergencies.
