Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Batch of 2024

Really impressed with the salary package
Placements: The placement cell is very good, but nowadays companies are majorly focusing on MBA and management students, so only sales and marketing jobs are coming nowadays. Yeah, but college is also focusing on technical students. We got the opportunity to set up in the campus of approximately 12 to 14 lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: Our college life is very beautiful and very interesting. A campus is full of interesting things and as well as events which are going on the whole year. There are different clubs which are performing different activities. There are some curricular activities also, some dance competitions, and as well as some technical competitions like hackathons.
Faculty: Sudha faculties, like I don't know, are very well trained, very well educated, and very friendly with them. Their nature is very friendly with the students. They are very cooperative and help us regarding the projects, regarding the practicals, and also in the hack accounts. The teachers tell us about how to think and creative thinking is being developed in the college. The course structure is of 8 semesters, a total of 2 semesters per year, and there are a total of two exams per semester: one is mid same another one is end sem and the other is end-semester. You have to take care of the practicals and the projects.
Other: Mike, the fees of my college are about 40,000 and they can be paid in installments over 2 semesters. The college management is very friendly. The account section is very cooperative with the students, and they also tell us about scholarships and ongoing programs for students for fee deduction.

Madhav Institute has good infrastructure.
Placements: As a 3rd-semester student, I am eligible for placements. Three to four companies come to our college in the 7th semester, such as Accenture, LANIP, and Tata. After this, you have a chance in the 8th semester for more placement opportunities, and this time many more companies will come to our college, including Accenture, Tata, LANIP, and some other companies whose names I don't know. Last year, the highest placement from our college was 12 LPA, according to one senior, but I don't have detailed information about that. After my degree, I plan to take advantage of the placement opportunities in our college.
Infrastructure: Some clubs organize technical events during the weekdays, and some societies organize tech fests yearly. In our college, all types of engineering books are available for every branch, and there is also an e-library. However, there aren’t many opportunities for sports; only a few sports like cricket, basketball, volleyball, badminton, football, and kabaddi are focused on. Apart from these, there are no other sports available. Our college has multiple clubs and societies, such as the Rashtraay Society (Nukkad Natak group), which helps improve communication skills and provides a platform to express thoughts.
Faculty: In our college, the student-faculty ratio is 1:40. The faculty members are friendly and help students with any problems they may have. If you face any issues, there are different teachers who provide mentorship. In our department, there are many faculty members, but one I particularly like is Mir Sah Nawaz Ahmed sir due to his friendly nature, coding skills, and many other positive qualities. The exam system is unique because our semester exams are only worth 50 marks each, and the remaining marks depend on assignments, attendance, practicals, and mid-term exams.

Students life experience at MIT Gwalior .
Placements: The college provides a placement offer; it begins at the end of the 3rd year. Further, it provides an internship from the 1st year. The college has established connections and actively works to enhance employability by organizing workshops, training sessions, and career counseling.
Infrastructure: My overall experience with campus life has been enriching and enjoyable because once you enter college, either it is a good or bad college, you enjoy your college life too much. The campus has numerous events and activities that foster a strong sense of community. The clubs on campus are exceptionally active, offering a wide range of opportunities for involvement in areas such as cultural, technical, and sports activities.
Faculty: Faculty-to-student ratio is around 10:137. But faculty members don't fail to solve any issue that a student is facing. Their approach and credentials are all very clear and very understandable. Anytime during the college hours, we get to contact any faculty for any sort of doubt or work we have.
Other: Don't know any scholarship because I didn't apply for any scholarship, but yes, Medhavi is there, and many more might also be there. The complete cost of my education might go above 5 lakh. On-campus placements are done.

Review of Madhav Institute of Technology and Science.
Placements: Placements were quite good compared to other colleges in Madhya Pradesh. The average package for the year 2024 was 5.11 LPA, and highest package was 11 LPA which was quite good because placements are ongoing. The highest package of last year was 20 LPA. The environment of college was more about GATE than getting placed. So students prepare accordingly.
Infrastructure: My experience with college life was quite good. MITS had more than 60 clubs which works in their specific domain. College was quite aware of socializing students. Clubs and different departments organized different seminars from time to time, and events happened so that students could learn something new by working in their club for the respective domain. Clubs force students to work.
Faculty: Faculty members were very supportive and well-qualified in their respective fields. Suppose the student was from another department and went to the faculty of another department, then the faculty of that department did not hesitate to help the students. The exam system was like we had 2 mid semester exams and end semester exam. If student was absent from one of the mid semester exam, he could give 3rd mid semester exam only if he missed one of them. The marking system of college was very good 20 marks were from the mid semester 20 marks of quiz and assignment 10 marks of proficiency test that happens before end semester exam and 50 marks of end semester exam. Total sum was 100 marks and practical was different 60 marks for written 20 marks for lab experiments 20 marks for experiments exam and 10 marks for the mini project then the total was 100. This was the marking system.
Other: The first reason for choosing this college was that it was near my hometown, second reason was that in Madhya Pradesh, there were 3-4 good colleges other than IIT Indore, NIT Bhopal, and IITM Gwalior. MITS Gwalior was one of them. In my region, MITS was the only government-aided college that had a good reputation. I haven't applied to other colleges. The admission process of MITS was conducted by the education ministry of Madhya Pradesh through MPDTE counseling in which college allotted according to your JEE rank. There were 95% of seats reserved for home state students, and the rest were open for all India.

My opinion for madhav institute .
Placements: Vigan is know for placements and discipline in Visakhapatnam. Vignan offers different placement in various fields. From 5th semester, students are eligible for the campus placements. When I studied in college, many companies visited our college like Accenture, Amazon etc. Accenture hire 250 students for the package of 4.5 LPA and 10 students of 9 LPA. Amazon hire 10 students for 26 LPA and many different IT companies visited. TCS hire 102 students for different role, package varies from 3.5 to 9 LPA Core companies also hire the student of about 350 students and percentage of students got placed is approximately 70%. Unfortunate, I got rejected in TCS, Accenture, WNS, Kodnet in final round of interview.
Infrastructure: Overall experience with campus life was excellent with some good memories. My college conducts some annual like YUVATRANG which is the biggest event of the college, held on 2nd week of JANUARY is a extracurricular event about 3Days. They conduct sports and technical events. And technical event like VISTA held often eve of engineers Day about 2 Days.
Faculty: The faculty of my College are highly eduacted and experienced Persons. Most of them holds M.Teach / Ph.D. in their fields. Faculty members are generally supportive. They encourage students to ask questions and clarify doubts. I Admire Siddarath Varma sir. He teaches Anteenas for me. The reason I like varma sir is he teaches in unique way and a better way to understand the concept for all. Apart from teaching concepts, He also discuss about the real-world experiences and reality of jonb market and give adivces about student life. For every semester, I have 5-6 therotical subjects and 2-3 Labs. We have total 9/10 exam per semester. The curriculum is often updated and they add a subject which is up to the industry trends. The passing percentage is about 60%.

My journey at Madhav College.
Placements: After 4 semesters, students become eligible for campus placements. Yes, companies contact the college and visit, so the faculty informs the students and the company offers. The highest package is 14, and the average is 3 to 4. The minimum percentage is 60 to sit for campus placements, and the higher is 90 above. My plans after getting the degree are to be a successful person in my life and have a good job in my hand, and the highest package as well.
Infrastructure: Books and a library are available for students to help with their studies. Yes, amenities in classrooms are provided. The college offers many curricular activities like sports, dance, music, and indoor and outdoor games. Campus activities also provide training, communication classes for campus selection. Yes, the college creates social media groups, artistic clubs, or some websites also, which are run by the students.
Faculty: All the faculty is very good and helpful to all the students, and the faculty ratio is 10 out of 10 because all faculty are polite and speak to any student and always help solve any problems. All the faculty members are well-educated, and all the faculty teaching methods are excellent because each faculty member’s method is different but easy to understand for students, and all doubts are cleared and clearly described by the faculty. Exams are held every six months because MBA is semester-wise, and in these six months, the college provides mid-semester exams and many tests. Some difficulties are faced while passing, like proper writing in exams, but faculty members have already trained the students to face these problems and help guide the students.

Absolutely decent experience at college.
Placements: College also provides campus selection, so many companies come and give us the opportunity for placement in their companies. These companies are Tata, Rubicon, etc. They offer very good packages, like 5 Lacs per annum. Students are eligible to give the campus placement exam after completing 1 year, when they reach the 3rd semester. 70% of students are placed in many repetitive companies. After completing my degree, I want to become an HR manager in a good company.
Infrastructure: In the college, there are several programs such as the annual function and many other functions. One week before, the college held a Talent Hunt program where students showcased their talents, like singing, dancing, drama, etc. The college library is very good; there are many books from various writers. They provide us with 4 books at a time, and when we want to change these books, they change them and give us other books. The college holds many sports activities and cultural programs where all students participate. They create a group for social networking so that students also become social and not introverted. They speak fearlessly, and the college campus is very beautiful.
Faculty: I chose MBA because nowadays this is a good profession. I want to become an HR manager, and this is a pretty good job to build my career, so I chose MBA in my college. All faculty members are very good. They are very polite with students and teach us excellently. Nowadays, the college provides online classes because of the COVID-19 pandemic. They give us online classes. Our faculty members are well-qualified, and they teach us very well. The exams are a bit hard to pass, but I studied hard and got full marks, so I passed my exams smoothly. It was a good experience.

Madhav institute of technology and science gwalior review
Placements: The placement record of our college is pretty great. Almost 70% of our senior batch have been placed, while many of our seniors went for their family business. I am still in my final semester and I have secured a job offer through campus placements. Our placement cell even helped us during the internship process. Average salary offered to our batch was around 25k per month even one student secured a package of around INR 7 LPA. Some of the frequent recruiters include Infosys, JK Techno soft, Reliance Communication, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Thyrocare etc.
Infrastructure: Campus life is awesome, to begin with. Our curriculum is pretty diverse and included a perfect blend of academic learning and extra-curricular activities. Infrastructure is also pretty advanced and nicely furnished. Our campus had computer labs with at least fully equipped tools. The library is stacked with books and journals from different disciplines like analytics, finance, marketing, human resource, and other management books. Sports facilities are generally okay since we are more inclined towards our academics. Overall the social life is good, depending upon how well you manage it.
Faculty: One of the main highlights of our course was our faculty members, who were dedicated to making something out of us and, more or less, they succeeded. Most of the students from our batch have already secured a job, while many of them even have multiple job offers. The teaching methodology was modern and advanced and included the usage of ppt to teach a lecture, while the guest lectures were equally crucial, as well.
Other: The fee structure is basically 96000 for 2 years. You can divide this fee into 6 parts or 5 parts. If any student wants to pay fees for all semester then they need to pay 25000/sem. Or if any student wants to pay fees 5 times then they will pay 30000/semester ( leave the last same ). They will provide you with a scholarship during times of admission if you ask them. Otherwise, they will not provide you with any scholarships.
