As per the AICTE, New Delhi norms, the total seat intake for RGPV M.Tech course is 7921. GPV offers a full-time M.Tech course via its various affiliated and constituent colleges. Candidates seeking admission must visit the official website of the institute to apply online. RGPV M.Tech admission is completely entrance-based and depends on candidates' performance in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), conducted by IIT Kanpur.

RGPV admissions are done on entrance-basis. The basic eligibility requires the candidates to pass Class 12 or its equivalent exam with a minimum aggregate of 45% to 60% depending on the course and constituent colleges.  However,  BTech admissions at RGPV are accepted based on a valid score obtained in national and state-level entrance exams such as JEE Main, JEE Advnced, MPPET, etc. followed by counselling. Only those who meet the cut-off and satisfy all the parameters will be allocated a seat at the university for the BTech programme. In case the students are unable to clear the BTech cut-off released by the university, they can pursue Online BTech course offered by various other colleges.

NTA has not announce the JEE Main 2024 form fill up date. However, it is expected that the application forms will be released in December. The tentative JEE Main 2024 application form date session 1 is December first week. JEE Main application form 2024 will be available online on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in 2024. Interested candidates will be able to apply from the official website. JEE Main 2024 registration last date will be last week of December or January first week. As the exam will be conducted in two sessions, NTA will release separate application forms for both the sessions.

RGPV BPharma course admission is entirely merit-based for the academic year 2024. Candidates seeking admission to the programme must follow certain process. Given below is the step-wise RGPV BPharma admission process 2024:

Step 1: RGPV BPharma Application Process 2024 

Visit to the official website for counselling, select BPharma and register. Then, verify the email id or mobile number by entering the OTP. Candidates must then login using their email-id and password and fill out the application form by entering the required details, upload all the necessary documents and pay the RGPV BPharma application fee 2024 of INR 1,500 for General category candidates and INR 750 for reserved category candidates.

Step 2: RGPV BPharma Counselling and Seat Allotment

Shortlisted candidates must appear for DTE MP Counselling process and must pay RGPV BPharma admission fees which ranges from INR 1.6 Lacs to INR 4.2 Lacs (for the entire duration of the programme).

Yes, RGPV is a good state university. The university offers placements via its Traning and Placement (T&P) Cell. The placement drive is also conducted at the respective institutes. Out of all the courses, Diploma, BTech, and MBA are the most popular courses offered by the University. RGPV has a wide array of faculty comprising more than 100 teaching and over 500 non-teaching staff who are highly qualified and are eminent scholars of their respective fields. Most of the faculty members of RGPV are PhD holders of top research institutes in India.

Candidates seeking admission to the Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya courses must visit the official website of the university to apply online. Admission to BTech at RGPV is completely entrance-based. Direct admission is not possible for BTech course at the university. Candidates seeking for admission to this course must pass Class 12 to appy for the course. Aspirants must qualify for JEE Main entrance exam in order to get admission. The JEE Main qualifiers are required to apply for DTE MP counselling, where the seats will be allotted to the selected candidates. 

The placement report for RGPV BTech placements has not been released by the institute yet for the year 2024 or 2025. The NIRF report on RGPV for BTech placements 2024 shows that the average package earned by BTech students in 2023 placements was INR 4.25 LPA. THe report also shows that around 262 students received placements during 2023 however, it is unclear whether this number pertains to BTech students or overall college placements.

Yes, it is completely possible. RGPV accepts a valid score of CMAT for admission to its MBA course. Candidates who obtain a good rank in CMAT will be able to secure seat at RGPV. Futher, candidates who qualify CMAT will have to register for DTE MP state-level counselling process by visiting the official website of the respective counselling. RGPV admission process consists of multiple rounds. Admission to at RGPV is both merit and entrance-based. The admission process starts with the release of the application form and follows by various selection rounds. Find below the detailed steps for RGPV admission process:

1. Application Process: Candidates applying for admission to courses offered at constituent colleges of RGPV are required to apply via DTE MP counselling process after qualifying for the respective entrance exams. Whereas, for admission to affiliated colleges of RGPV, candidates must apply on the official website concerned colleges.
2. Selection Rounds: Candidates seeking admission to courses such as BTech, MTech, MBA, BPharm, etc., must qualify for the respective national-level entrance exams such as JEE Main, GATE, CMAT, etc. These courses are taught via the university's constituent colleges. Whereas for admission to courses such as B.Ed, BSc, BCA, etc., admission is completely based on the merit scores of candidates obtained in previous qualifying exams. These courses are taught at the affiliated colleges of RGPV.
3. Counselling Process: After the completion of the selection rounds, candidates have to apply for DTE MP Counselling process for the final seat allotment. After the release of the final merit lists, candidates have to visit the university's admission office in person for document verification.
