Review of Mahaguru Institute of technology.
Placements: There were no campus placements whatsoever. Students who got placed earned it through their own hard work. This is not only seen in Mahaguru Institute of Technology but in most of the engineering colleges in Kerala. Students are not properly taught what is required.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is awfully bad. The only positive I can say is the front view and the incomplete library. Washrooms are in pathetic condition. There are no proper halls for extracurricular activities. No proper ground and in an extremely hot climate, we need permission from the principal for running the air-conditioner.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are nice. From my experience staff members from other departments are way nice to other department students. The way they speak and behave to you is very nice. Kerala Technical University's syllabus is so outdated and does not make students industry-ready in any way.

It was a nice experience to study in such a college with wonderful facilities and excellent faculty.
Placements: Full-fledged amenities and classroom I was a civil engineering student and the class was awesome but there was no active placement cell and no involvement of activity indulged and the CS department was mostly getting placement that too very low in number.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities were awesome and the overall ambiance and vibe of college were super to enjoy with our friends and spend the valuable time of our life. The campus was having every essential amenities and was not compromised on that aspect.
Faculty: Faculty and curriculum were good because the college was focusing more on results and it was seen on the results were pretty good in our college and the curriculum follow-up was also better to cope with up and the teachers were good enough.
Other: Events and fests were awesome as it was an engineering college it was a lot of vibes and factors but there were less extra curricular activities mostly everything was dependent on studies only minimal events and fests were conducted but now the situation has changed.

It provides a good campus and vibes.
Placements: Around one-third of students are placed, and the average packages are offered. Tata Consulting Services and a few infotech are the top recruiting companies. Skyline, etc., visit to hire students in placements cell confident group and others.
Infrastructure: In this college, Wi-Fi is available. Laboratories are of average instruments must be improved. The teachers are trained enough, and provide good library facility with a decent classroom. The hostel is not good, and the food served in the canteen is average. The medical facilities are average, but sports and games are good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in this college. Their knowledge of the subjects are good, and they have the correct idea in promoting every student. Teachers have well knowledge, and the studies go through the current scenario. Semester exams are tough, and the pass percentage is 60%.
Other: I opted for this course, because of my interest in it, and want to work as a civil engineer with a more practical related study.

This college provides good facilities and well known technical support.
Placements: Around 88% of students got internships. Almost 91% of students were placed in our course, and they offered top roles. Students got placed in the best top companies around the world. The top recruiting companies were Tata, Birla, Amazon, and some other top companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our course was excellent. It provides a highly secure laboratory with modern classrooms and 7,00,000 book collections available in library, which helps the student to get to know about technologies. The mainly mechanical field the laboratory facility was available in our college which was in a very good manner.
Faculty: The pass percentage was about 93%. The efforts of teachers were more helpful and knowledgeable. Technical support and management give students huge support for studying, and other extraordinary skills so that, it helps to improve the thinking capabilities of students.
Other: I opted for this college, because of a better scholarship.

I don't recommend this college.
Placements: There are not very many students who are being placed in any company. Only 15 percent of the students are placed by some minor companies. The highest package of Denver courses is around 1.5 LPA, and the lowest is around 35–40,000 per annum.
Infrastructure: In the computer lab, there are only a few computers that work properly, most of the computers are outdated. There is no strong Wi-Fi connection. About classrooms, there are not very many problems, but the whole college is a mess. Every inch of the college building is cracking and falling apart, and on rainy days water collects in your classroom, creating small puddles. One time, a small piece of building fell when 2 faculty members and some students are passing by, by luck, no one is hurt.
Faculty: Teachers are somewhat helpful. About exams, they are not very fair. It’s a bit annoying that there is an exam after the first week of each semester and another after another week. It’s not very pleasing.

Infrastructure: College have excellent facilities and infrastructure. Good labs and library. Classrooms have SMART boards. We have a badminton court and volleyball court and a kabaddi court and a large ground. There are coaching for all the sports. Extra activities are also given importance .

The semester exams are difficult but the password percentage is increasing year by year.
