It has poor management. There are no placements for students.

Placements: In this college, there are no placements. Many students come only for their time pass because they already know there is no placement in this college. People fight with anyone for silly reasons.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is bad. There are no labs and no Wi-Fi for students. There is no library. It has very bad classrooms. Every table in the classroom has dust and they are not clean. There is no food in the canteen, no mess, and no medical facilities. There is a sports ground but no games happen here.

Faculty: Teachers are so rude to students. They are not helpful for students. Their teaching quality is not good, and students can't understand their teaching. The course curriculum is not relevant, and it does not make students industry-ready.

Other: Our college has poor management. It is an unsafe college. There are so many rowdy people, and they always fight. The college management is so rude to students.

It is the best college for MBA in Gwalior.

Placements: If you think that you will get placed in a good company, then you must join this college as I got a job in a multinational company. I am earning a salary of Rs. 70,000 per month. All my other classmates also got placed in a good company or working on their own startups.

Infrastructure: Our campus is great. The hostel is average here, but the food served is superb as they serve you a variety of dishes. But there are no medical facilities, so you have to visit the nearest hospital whenever you feel sick. Sports like cricket and football are played every day here.

Faculty: Teachers here are really supportive and helpful. They are caring, well qualified and good at teaching theory and practical knowledge. The course consists of all the necessary subjects and also offers you 2 months of paid internship to make you industry-ready. Passing semester exams is not at all tough as the minimum passing percentage is 33% of marks.

Placements: At MLB College, Gwalior, 10-20% of B.Com students get placed. The highest package is around ?2.5 LPA, the lowest ?1 LPA, and the average ?1.5 LPA. Top recruiters include ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, TCS, Infosys, and local CA firms, offering roles like accountant, financial analyst, and banking associate. Internships are limited, with 5-10% of students securing them in banks, finance companies, and CA firms. Most students prefer higher studies or government exam preparation over placements.

Infrastructure: Facilities & Infrastructure: Basic classrooms, library, and limited Wi-Fi. No dedicated labs for B.Com. Hostel Quality: Average, with shared rooms and basic amenities. Food Quality: Decent but not exceptional in mess and canteen. Medical Facilities: Limited, with basic first-aid available. Sports & Games: Some sports facilities available but not well-maintained.

Faculty: Teachers & Teaching Quality: Some are helpful and knowledgeable, but overall teaching quality is average. Curriculum Relevance: Basic and mostly theoretical, not very industry-oriented. Semester Exam Difficult: Moderate, mostly theory-based, with a high pass percentage (around 80-90%). .

Other: I chose B.Com at MLB College, Gwalior for its affordability and strong commerce foundation. It? S good for careers in finance, banking, or government exams. The course covers accounting, taxation, and business law, but lacks practical exposure and strong placements. More internships, industry visits, and campus events would improve the experience. Campus life is decent, but better fests and extracurricular activities would help. Connectivity and surroundings are average. Overall, it? S a solid choice for commerce students, but adding hands-on learning and placement support would make it much better.

This is an average college, with good faculty.

Placements: In my batch, only 40% of the students got placed in various companies. The placements in this college are pretty average.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is the worst. Hostel facilities are there for enjoying the on-campus hostel life. The classrooms are good enough and labs are available.

Faculty: Excellent exam preparation series are conducted by the teachers. They are very helpful during exams that gives you an opportunity to score good marks. Both, practical knowledge and theoretical knowledge in encouraged by them.
