The fee of an undergraduate course ranges from Rs 60000 to Rs 120000 for one year and for a three year course total fee is between Rs 240000 to Rs 480000. Thus the annual fees varies from Rs 80000 to 150000 for the post graduate courses and total cost of the course ranging from 160000 to 300000 for two year program. In addition to tuition fees, the institute is also providing scholarships to the deserving students every year about 10%-15% of the students gets scholarship the amount vary from Rupees 10000 to 50000 per annum.

Candidates who want to take admission to Mahatma Phule Institute of Management and Computer Studies for Under Graduate/ Post Graduate courses must fulfill the following requirements. Undergraduate courses, the candidates are required to have cleared 10+2 examination with an average percentage of 45% for general category students and 40 %marks for reserved category students. In case of applying for postgraduate courses, applicant have to produce their bachelor's degree with minimum 50% in general category & 45% in reserve category. For some of the courses, candidates are also required to take CET, CAT, MAT or XAT and entrance test, as the case may be. The institute also takes into account the scores of other national level entrance tests also. The merit quota consists of about 60-70% of the strength and the management quota consists of about 30-40% of the strength.
