Review of Mahaveer Institute of Science and Technology.

Placements: Placements in the college are very good, and in fact, there is a placement cell in the college. About 60% of the students got placed this year. Many companies including Tata Motors, Infosys, Tech Mahindra and some coaching centres visited the college for placements this year. Some students also got internships from the college. There is an innovation garage which provides a platform to improve ourselves and is also very useful to prepare us for drives by upcoming companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is very good. We are provided with Wi-Fi facility. Classrooms and labs are in good condition. There is a first-aid facility also available on the campus. We also have a very good canteen which is in very good condition. Parking facility is also available on the campus.

Faculty: Lecturers and professors in the college are good and well-qualified. They are always pleasant. Faculty members have very good teaching skills and can explain the concepts through projectors and green boards. The course curriculum is very helpful.

Other: The management conducts events and competitions. The management also held television programs.

Average college, do not expect much from it.

Placements: Only BPO jobs are available. You would have to look for jobs outside only. Placement cell is there but not useful. Third party brokers came to the college to offer jobs. No one got placed from by batch.

Infrastructure: Average infrastructure and the campus environment is good. Lab facility is good, particularly for mechanical branch. Wi-Fi facility is available but I never used it. Classrooms are without ACs. Sports and games are not there.

Faculty: Faculty is good but no extracurricular activity is organized. No industrial tours are held. Sometime back, we were once taken to PepsiCo. HOD is PhD qualified and others are currently pursuing PhDs.

Other: Fest is conducted every year. All the colleges participate in it.

An Average college for the students.

Placements: My college has great placements all over India. Students were placed in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, etc. 30% students got placed in 35% got internships from my college.

Infrastructure: The college has free Wi-Fi and a playground. Indoor and outdoor games are available. A good library is also available. The classrooms are neatly maintained. There is a central AC. We have a great canteen to spend free time.

Faculty: The faculty is highly qualified and experienced. They teach excellently and they understand everything. They use easy method of teach students.

Other: College fests, extra programs, scholarship, events, etc. are organised.
