They put more focus on the consistency of the student in their bachelor's degree, done in a recognised board/university, hence they ask for a detailed report submission during application, if your marks in your bachelor's degree takes an upward graph, that also works in your favour. 

They also ask for your grades in standardized exams, GMAT, CAT and GRE.
