College is good, infrastructure is good but only a few placements in the college

Placements: Only a few placements. In some academic years, we have no placements. External drives will be conducted each and every year. The college management sends us to other colleges for drives. If any placements are available, they will mail us. Average companies offering 4 lacs per anum will be offering placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is superb. We have a good and clean classroom with cameras fixed at every corner. All the labs have good equipment. There is a good playground with a good library and the college contains a good security system. The labs also contain new and fully featured equipment. The entire college is fireproof. It is provided with drinking water facilities.

Faculty: All the faculty members are highly educated. They derive each and every single point and they give good lecture notes to understand. They behave in a very friendly manner with students. They help students in doing real-time projects. The BTech course curriculum changes every year with many capabilities.

Other: The campus is Wi-Fi enabled campus. There are cameras on every corner. Parent-teacher meetings will be conducted. A healthy competition will be going on with teachers and students. Many social welfare programmes are also done. The college is highly encouraging in sports like cricket, kabaddi, volleyball and many others. The college contains the biggest library.

Please choose a better option.

Placements: There were no placement companies that came for placements in my year. The placement rate was 0% because no companies visited. Students had to find placements on their own, using their own resources. Recruitment companies only started coming after several years, and the companies were not leading brands in it.

Infrastructure: Facilities here were not so good. Classrooms were below average and had not been updated over time. There were no hostels available for students, so they had to search for rental places to live. In the canteen, only three or four drinks were available. There was only one snack available.

Faculty: There were some teachers were helpful, but the management team made it hard for students to study there. They only wanted money from students. There were only one or two teachers who were qualified and knowledgeable. Others were pass-outs from previous years. This did not help in making students industry-ready. The semester exams were not so tough, and teachers themselves provided students with cheating.

Somewhat dissatisfied because of some faculty and management.

Placements: Placements are going well when compared to last years this year we are lucky because college is giving their best support in placements. Not only the software side but also from the mechanical side we are getting placements from different companies. Management is giving placement training also.

Infrastructure: The campus contains three blocks each block has four floors and one big library too. In the main block, there are software people and in the next block mechanical and civil students are there. And labs are separate for every branch and they are good and large enough.

Faculty: Coming to faculty for some subjects we have good faculty and for some subjects it is not like that. However for labs we have good faculty and they give their support to us in other activities they provide good knowledge and support about our career and education.

Other: Fest, annual day, traditional day.

A good college with bad management.

Placements: Good in placements, teaching is so efficient and the management was better. Not good in fees, but the sources are very good, in college they don't allow mobile phones and the management was very strict in such things like mobile and ragging.

Infrastructure: Good infrastructure, have a library and medical facility and also we have sports and games, food is very good and the canteen was dirty, classrooms are good but the labs have very old equipment, and we are suffering with the smell of the college.

Faculty: Facility of mahavee institute of Science and technology good in teaching, they are very supportive to the students. teaching levels are good in my college, undoubtedly my college was good.
