My studies are like heaven.

Placements: I studied in the 2019–22 batch at Malabar Christian College. Students who had above 90% were placed in my college. After the course, many companies like ICICI and HDFC came to recruit us. Students who completed the course got internships. Especially recruiting companies were very interested in recruiting students from Malabar Christian College because students were highly trained. They got good percentages every semester.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure and my class were very satisfactory. It included better toilets, classrooms, labs, and also had Wi-Fi access. However, the hostel infrastructure was above average because the food, canteen, and medical facilities were not efficient. Sports and games opportunities were very huge.

Faculty: Teachers in the college were really helpful. They were well-qualified and talented. They had great knowledge also. The semester exams were difficult. We had to get 50% to pass. The relevant curriculum was helpful to students for industry-ready.

Other: I very interestingly chose B.Com Finance, and I also knew there were huge opportunities in this course. College fests and events looked good and had a vibe.

The college is alright but if you are looking for a good college life and stuff.

Placements: Actually the placement in MCC is not that good, they don't have a lot of good reputed companies. There degree does have good value in as college comes under the Calicut university, which is a well reputed university in Kerala. MCC does not have internship during the course.

Infrastructure: The college does not offer any WIFI, actually during class hours students aren't supposed to use there mobile phones or laptops. There is a good chemistry lab, physics lab and biology lab. It also has a good computer lab. The classrooms are neat and tidy, but the washrooms are not the clean. There is no hostel facility in this college.

Faculty: The teaching staffs are not that good, i really don't feel like my expectations were met. They are qualified but they don't connect with the students the way they should. The teaching quality is say below average. The course curriculum is not the best out there but it is alright. The course curriculum doesn't make the students industry ready. The semester exams are medium level difficult. The pass percentage is 33.

Other: There should be more practical activities and they should definitely add an internship to this course. The MCC does have events and fests and some extracarricular activities which are nice.

Review of Malabar Christian College.

Placements: Almost 60% of students got placed in our course, whereas others opt for higher study. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2.2 LPA. The top recruiting company was HCL. Our college did not provide internships. The top role offered was a software management executive in HCL.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was very good. The entire campus was Wi-Fi enabled with high-speed internet. The girls' hostel construction was under process. Students can also get PG or a hostel nearby our campus at affordable rates. I used two hostels, and both were near to bus stand in Kozhikode, and its monthly charge was Rs 3,500 run by CSI management. The other was just behind this Sreekandeswaram Kshetra Yoga Working Women's Hostel, and its monthly fee was Rs 5,000. Meal quality and facilities were moderate in both these places. The hospital and other facilities were near to hostel and college, both were safe for girls to stay in. For boys, different PGs were available nearby this college.

Faculty: B.Com is an interesting course that covers all the fields in commerce including accountancy, business research, managerial economics, auditing, income tax, GST, financial management, business laws and regulations, and many more.

Other: Various extracurricular activities were conducted in this college. Our college has a very good remark on sports, and they give high importance to sports. Students also had their college teams in sports like football, cricket, volleyball, and tennis. Grounds were available for football, cricket, tennis court, basketball, etc.

Overall, it is the best college.

Placements: About 58% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered was 1.5 lac per month, and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 50,000 per month. Muthoot Finance is the top recruiting company that visit our campus for placements. About 50% of the students from our course get an internship. A top role offered is corporate finance.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs have good facilities. Wi-Fi facility is available in our college. It has good technical facilities. The hostel is very good. It has good bathrooms and good rooms. There is a huge ground to increase sports activities.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are good. Our headmaster is good. Their teaching quality is very good. Teachers are very helpful and very patient in our college. They help with everything because we can study well, and we got good jobs in a good company, so we get a high salary.
