As per the report, the highest and average package offered to PGPM batch 2024 during IIM Trichy placements was INR 43.69 LPA and INR 19.43 LPA, respectively. The institute attracted over 192 industry giants who offered 329 job offers to the PGPM batch 2024. Placements: Placement are great in my college, the highest CTC was 41.12 LPA. Finance and consulting are two of the most sought-after roles in college, with over 55% getting placed in this two domains. The average CTC was 19.8 LPA some prominent recruiters who came were JP morgan, well Fargo, Amazon, netwest group, Avalon Consulting, etc. Internship are also given by more prominent companies: Accenture, HCL, IBM, Seaborn, and TCS. Internship stipends are also good; the average stipend is 30 to 40 thousand.
Placements: IIM Trichy offers multiple placements opportunities to its students. In the PGPM, around 50–60% of the students get placements at our college. average package offered at the college was between 5-7 LPA. top recruiters at the college were Brain Co, Mc Kinsey, IBM, GoldmanSachs, Deloitte, Accenture, etc. top roles offered were associate, analyst, consultant, HR, etc.
Placements: The placement record of IIM Trichy is one of its the strongest assets. Every year, the institutes sees 100 per cent placement, and the average wage package offered was 14.8 LPA. 35 LPA was the biggest offer package available. Companies such as Deloitte, Godrej, HDFC, Birla, JP Morgan, Microsoft and others came to recruit on Campus.
Placements: One of the best things about IIM Trichy is its placement record. Every year the institute witnesses 100% placement, and there is a constant rise in the average salary package offered. The average salary package offered this year was 14 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 35 LPA. Companies like Deloitte, Godrej, HDFC, Birla, JP Morgan, Microsoft and many others visited the campus for placements.
Placements: The placement rate in our college is always 100%. The average salary package offered was changed, which is around 14 LPA in the year 2018. Many firms like JPMC, RBS, Godrej, Media, Net, Microsoft, Deloitte, etc., visit our campus for placements and recruit many students. The highest salary package offered was around 32-34 LPA.
Placements: Placements here are mostly offered by startups. A couple of big brands do visit the campus and recruit. However, they are not the majority. Summer placements this time had brands like Dabur, Godrej, Deloitte, JPMC etc. Final placements just started with many companies floating competitions as well.
Placements: Placement has been one of the main reasons for the rise of IIM-Trichy. It has shown a constant growth in terms of average placement figures from 10.92 LPA in 2013 to 14.91 LPA in 2019. It has developed good corporate relations by providing them with right talent over the years; which has helped it in increasing the companies visiting the campus. Some of the major recruiters of IIM-T are JP Morgan, Godrej, TAFE, Gail, BPCL, Shell, ICICI, Bosch, Deloitte, Aditya Birla, Microsoft and many more.
Placements: Companies from different industries and different domains visit our campus. IIM Trichy is known as Finance college and coveted finance roles from industry leaders are offered to the students here. The highest compensation offered was INR 35.5 Lacs while the average annual compensation across all domains was INR 14.91 Lacs which was higher by 4.42% over the last year (2019 batch). There was a 34% jump in average stipend for the summer placements of 2020 batch.
