No, CAT  is not required to get admission to Masters' Union. The college offers admission based on the last qualifying score to BBM/BMS. Further, for PGP TBM, college conduct MUBAAT entrance exam for admission.  Applicants are required to apply to the official website of the college to fill out the admission form. Masters Union is a private college located in Gurgaon. Masters Union follows a holistic evaluation approach for admissions and does not have a cut-off for the AI Assessment. The selection process of the college considers a combination of academic and professional experience, communication skills, and other application components.

Masters' Union evaluates applicants based on three primary criteria:Work Experience – Preferably 2-5 years of professional experience, though exceptional candidates outside this range are also considered.Academics & Co-Curricular Activities – Academic performance, co-curricular involvement, advanced degrees, and optional test scores (GRE, GMAT, CAT) are assessed.Communication Skills – Candidates are evaluated on their ability to structure thoughts clearly, both verbally and in writing, throughout the process.

Candidates must hold an undergraduate or bachelor's degree in any discipline, or possess equivalent qualifications such as CA or CS. While fresh graduates are eligible, the typical cohort includes 60% of students with 2-5 years of work experience and 20-25% with over 5 years of experience.

The aspirng candidates should submit an application, clear the entrance exam (MU-BAAT for PG or UG Aptitude Test for UG), and pass the interview round. For the PG programme i.e., PGP TBM the aspiring candidates need to also creak the interview round for final admission to the course. The PGP programme is a 16-months course which is equivalent to 2-year MBA programme.

The final grades for most courses will be determined by a mix of class participation, quizzes, simulations, group assignments, projects and exams. Masters' Union grades the exams on a Standard Normal Curve, also called a Z-curve, with a mean of 3.0. There are no forced-to-fails. To graduate, students must maintain a mean grade of 2.1 in both the core and electives courses.
