There were average placements in 2024.
Placements: Nearly 1/4th of the students are placed. The highest was 7 LPA. 20% of the students got internships in NGOs, telecommunication, and telesales-based companies. The placement cell works well and helps students to get internships, but generally, the internships in this college offer below 5 thousand as a stipend.
Infrastructure: Nearly 1/4th of the students are placed. The highest was 7 LPA. 20% of the students got internships in NGOs, telecommunication, and telesales-based companies. The placement cell works well and helps students to get internships, but generally, the internships in this college offer below 5 thousand as a stipend.
Faculty: Teachers are generally helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. In my case, I had the privilege to learn from some of the finest, skilled teachers who shaped my personality 360 degrees. Most of my classes scored well just by attending their lectures. The semester exams are easy enough to get good marks just by studying for 2 days. The pass percentage is more than the 60th percentile.
Other: I felt that the fests in this college are boring compared to those in other colleges. Extracurricular activities like NCC and NSS of this college are the best in shaping your personality 360 degrees. They are not only engaging, exciting, and entertaining but also adopt sustainable development practices and make people aware of the same, which I found great.

My college experience at Mata Sundri College for Women.
Placements: I'm a part of the B.A. Political Science + Hindi course at Mata Sundri College. There aren't many placement solutions in this course, and approximately 20-30% of students were placed. The highest package was approximately 4-5 LPA, the lowest around 2 LPA, and the average was close to 2.5-3 LPA. The main recruiters were NGOs, companies in the education space, content writing companies, and a few internships related to government affairs. Approximately 50-60% of students secured internships in fields like social work, teaching, research, and digital content. The main job roles settled were content writers, research, etc.
Infrastructure: Mata Sundri College provides quality basic facilities. Classrooms are clean, Wi-Fi is present, and the library is stocked. The naksha, which is prominent on campus, is the spacious auditorium where major events are held. Unfortunately, there are limited hostel facilities, but at least the canteen food is passable. There is medical help on campus. Sports activities exist, but facilities can be better.
Faculty: Teachers were mostly helpful, qualified, and had good knowledge of the subject. A couple were really helpful and made things easier to learn, but there were a few who showed bias, which at times did not feel fair. Overall, the quality of teaching was acceptable, but it all depended on the teacher. The pass percentage is pretty high, around 80-90% for the entire cohort per semester, so as long as you are staying regular, it's not too difficult to clear.
Other: I am from the B.A. (Political Science + Hindi) course at Mata Sundri College. The subjects are interesting, and most teachers are helpful. I wish they had more workshops and practical exposure. The college is well-connected, the crowd is friendly, and the events and fests are a lot of fun. Overall, the experience is nice. The college is located well and accessible by metro. The crowd is friendly, and it feels safe and welcoming. There are cultural fests and activities that the students can come together and enjoy. There are also scholarships available for those who want them.

The subjects are interesting, and most teachers are helpful. I wish they had more workshops and practical exposure. The college is well-connected, the crowd is friendly, and the events and fests are a lot of fun. Overall, the experience is nice. The college is well-located and accessible by metro. The crowd is friendly, and it feels safe and welcoming.

My college experience at Mata Sundri College.
Placements: I completed my degree with a B.A. (Hons) in History with Music at Mata Sundri College for Women, University of Delhi. In our batch, around 20-30% of students got placed through campus and other drives. The highest package was around 6 LPA, the lowest was 2.5 LPA, and the average package was around 3.5-4 LPA. The top recruiters were mostly Wipro, TCS, Vedantu, Teach for India, and Times Internet. Around 40-50% of students also got internships with organizations, such as CRY, Goonj, Internshala, and various museums and music studios.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college was quite good. The main thing it was famous for was its well-maintained auditorium, where all events and important programs were held. Wi-Fi connectivity was also average, and the library was the best place. My college did not have hostel facilities at the time, but they might have started offering hostel services now.
Faculty: Some teachers were very good and supportive, while others had the opposite personality. As my college was a minority college, it used to show partiality based on minority status. The exams conducted at the college were well-maintained and managed perfectly. Some teachers were very rude to me, and I will never forget that.
Other: I always wanted to pursue history for higher studies, but the problem was that I didn’t get the honors option, so I opted for music with history to fulfill my wish to study history. I came to learn many new things in music, as it was not my cup of tea. In the beginning, it was hard for me, but slowly I improved a lot. Events and fests were best conducted in my college. My college also had a gurudwara.

It is affordable. There is great faculty support at Mata Sundri College for Women.
Placements: Placements for Philosophy Hons. are a bit limited. Around 10-15% of students got placed through campus recruitments, mostly in fields of research and content writing. The average package ranges from 2.5-3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are NGOs and media firms.
Infrastructure: The college has all requirements for students. It has clean classrooms, smart boards, sitting areas for students where they can rest, and a spacious library. Wi-Fi is available but not a table. The canteen is okay but there are better food options nearby.
Faculty: Faculty members of Philosophy are highly knowledgeable, qualified, and helpful. The syllabus is full of theory but it helps a lot with critical thinking skills. Exams are moderate and the pass percentage is decent. Regular attendance is a must for scoring well.
Other: I chose this course due to my interest in Philosophy and it has sharpened my critical thinking skills a lot. Learning about various philosophers and their different ideologies was an amazing experience. The college has wonderful fests, events, and extracurricular activities that I enjoyed very much.

Good college life. Surely fun.
Placements: A good number of internships are offered; however, the placements are not too good. Internships are great, and very few placements are offered. We do have a placement cell, and opportunities keep pouring in. We have a placement fair where companies do come, but the rate of placement is low.
Infrastructure: A good number of labs and computers. Great canteen and a good sports ground. Nice library, and it is air-conditioned. A lot of classes are now air-conditioned. There are 4 floors and a separate building for the canteen and auditorium. The canteen is one of the largest in DU and fairly expensive.
Faculty: Not that hard to pass the exams, just perform well internally. Teachers are kind and helpful. They help with everything and understand your situation. They keep extra classes and doubt-clearing sessions. They try to give good marks to almost all students.
Other: One of the best fests in DU. All over the year, we have events and fests, and lots of people host their events in our college.
