Our college had good faculty members and good teaching.
Placements: About 50% of students got placed in my course. Some of them do private jobs, some of them do higher studies, and some of them doing coaching. Most of the students were placed in either private jobs or doing higher studies. Few students were placed in government jobs also.
Infrastructure: A Wi-Fi facility was available on campus. There were separate rooms for reading in the hostel. It provided healthy food. Security was provided and CC cameras were available everywhere around the college and hostel. There were a lot of fruit trees in the hostel group.
Faculty: There were two lecturers for every subject. There were better faculty members. Some faculty members were Ph.D. holders. Most of them were scholars. The teaching style was good. They were well experienced and friendly. The principal was good. Junior lecturers were also better. The pass percentage was 80%.
Other: Our course was the best for higher studies. Many events were conducted and the hostel was the best at reasonable prices.

Matrusri Degree College For Women has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| B.Sc. | Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised school/board. |
| M.A. | Candidate must have completed graduation from any recognised University/Institute. |
| M.Sc. | Candidates must have completed B.Sc. Degree with Zoology subject as an optional with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute . Candidate must have studied Zoology at least four papers of 100 marks each. OR Candidates who have completed B.Sc. Degree with Zoology subject as an optional and have studied a minimum of 30 credits in Zoology are also eligible. A pass in the Qualifying Examination is sufficient for SC/ST candidates. The candidates passing the examination compartmentally and securing required percentage of marks or equivalent CGPA are also eligible. |
