PGDCA	Candidate must have completed a bachelor or Post Graduate degree in any discipline of the Panjab University or an equivalent degree from any other University with no less than 50% marks in the aggregate. Pass marks 40% in Theory, Internal Assessment and Practical separately. 50% marks for Project Work. 50% marks in aggregate to qualify the examination.
M.Sc.	60% marks in mathematics in Bachelor of arts.
B.A.	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from any recognized board.
M.A.	The student must possess any one of the following qualifications: 1. B.A. with Honours in Sociology. 2. Bachelor's degree in any faculty with at least 50% marks in the aggregate. 3. Diploma in Physical Education of Post Graduate Diploma in Library Science after having passed B.A. of B.Sc. 4. B.A. (General) in full subjects obtaining at least 45% marks in Sociology as an Elective subject. 5. Master's degree in a subject other than Sociology. 6.
