I am really very satisfied.
Placements: Recent year 60-70 percent of students are placed in my college and the salary package is 3 LPA is the lowest and 9 LPA is the highest package offered during this year. Cyber security is recently added course, so no one got internship now, but the other departments are getting jobs if you are good in knowledge.
Infrastructure: For each subject, they have separate labs to study about that like Physics, Chemistry, Python, English, and other related fields. Classroom is also very good. Hostel is not maintained properly, I didn't like the hostel because it was not hygienic, but the food is in good condition and made hygienically. Only rooms are bad.
Faculty: The teachers in this college are very good and trained and well experienced. They are friendly also. Their teaching is really good for everyone. They teach how things are in real, it is a very good thing for me. The curriculum is really based on the field that you choose, but in the second year only. First year is common to all.
Other: I really want to become a cyber security expert, so I chose this course. The only one thing they need to give better is the hostel and playground. They do a festival recently like Pongal and they do many more functions twice or thrice a month.

Very satisfied to join this college, except for the hostel.
Placements: 80 percent of the students got placed. 9 LPA is the highest package offered. Zoho and TVS are the companies that offer the job. No one now because the course has been available this year. None of the roles offered in cybersecurity now. Many of the companies are there and are taking students for jobs.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available inside the campus and in the canteen, which is also inside the campus and provides quality food. They are separate hostels for boys and girls. They are not really worth the hostel because it was an old building.
Faculty: All the teachers are talented in teaching and trained the students, and curriculum is relevant to the department. They trained well for the semester exam. 60 percent of the marks are required. If any of the topics are taught, they teach the importance and how it is in reality. The teachers are friendly to the students.
Other: College is very good for all students, providing all facilities to the students, and simple cultural programs are provided.

Well-infrastructure and qualified faculty members.
Placements: 75% of students got placed in our course. One of the easiest and interesting departments. One of my classmates was placed at Techsible company as an intern and also as a future employee. There are many roles particularly in our course such as business analyst, data scientist, entrepreneur, data analyst, software developer, web developer, etc.
Infrastructure: Our department has our own lab with good working internet and good atmosphere view of classroom including well benches and fans. Hostel is well furnished place. Food quality in canteen and mess is amazing. Every year, a sports day is conducted.
Faculty: Qualified faculty members with understandable teaching skills and knowledge. In my college to pass in single exam should atleast get 50 marks so that their training would be provided. However, pass percentage is one of the other extracurricular activities.
Other: I chose this course because of two alongside should go (computer science and business systems). One more interesting thing is that our department conducts weekly events like quiz programs, logo competitions, video promotions, and hackathons by responsible students. Scholarship is included in many criteria so that point no need to worry.

B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering - Batch of 2028

Satisfied with the fee I paid, but I can't vibe around.
Placements: Around only 50% of students get placed in the electrical and electronics engineering department. The highest package is around 5 LPA, and the lowest package is around 1.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Techsible, TVS, etc. The top role is Project Manager. Around 60% of students get internships.
Infrastructure: Facilities are very low compared to other colleges in my city. Infrastructure is average, classrooms are nearly maintained, and the library is very good. Wi-Fi is average. The hostel is the worst, but hostel fees are very high. Hostel food is very hygienic, and rooms are well maintained. Medical facilities are good.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good. They are well-mannered and very good at teaching. Most of the teaching staff have completed their Ph.D. The course curriculum is very relevant to subjects and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not very tough but also not very easy, and they are mid.
Other: I chose the course because electrical and electronics engineering has a very high scope in foreign countries like Dubai, Qatar, etc. In my course, the teaching method should be improved. Events are conducted frequently by the management, but extracurricular activities are very low.

I think fee amount is little valuable at Mohamed Sathak Engineering College, Kilakarai.
Placements: In EEE, around 40% of students got placed in the ongoing year. The highest salary package offered at Mohamed Sathak Engineering College is 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Internships are bit good. Around 70% of students secured internships in top recruiting companies like TCS, MRF, and Tata Motors.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure available in our course is good. There is no network coverage in some of the college places. Library is very large and useful. When it comes to hostel, it has poor infrastructure with poor hostel food. Hostel rooms are not good but average hostel experience.
Faculty: Teaching quality is good. Around 80% of teachers have done Ph.D. Course curriculum is relevant and there is no problem with that. Semester exams are averagely difficult. Semester exams go well for first-year students, although there are more arrear cases involved but wholely is it's a very good college for local students.
Other: Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a good choice if you are interested in core subjects. As I was interested, that’s why I chose this course.

Good infrastructure but no placement.
Placements: 10 percent of students are only in jobs right now. For one year, the fee is around 70 thousand, and also 40 thousand for bus fees. (If you are a day scholar, you need to pay above 1 lakh.) BHEL is our department sector company. Internship with Lenovo in Pondicherry.
Infrastructure: It looks so good about infrastructure, labs are available, classrooms are also okay, but quality staff was not there when I studied. I'm a day scholar, but I had many friends from the hostel. They always told me the food is not good. Sports and games are available.
Faculty: Teaching is good, but some teachers are not good. They never tell us practical experiences. No one can be eligible for the industry. It's like 7 or 8 students only passed in my batch of 24 students. It's difficult to pass the semester exams, but we will try to pass the exams.
Other: Nothing special, but I thought in the future electricity and energy will only survive because fossil fuels are not renewable energy. So, I understand some basic information about my course. Minority scholarship is provided. Cultural events are there, and extracurricular activities also happen.
