College is overall good and needs improvement in infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: There are no specific placements, but many companies conduct seminars on topics such as how to get placements in MNCs. All students of the college, including those from all departments, receive internships in various government organizations such as block offices and medical institutions.
Infrastructure: The available facilities are quite limited because the college is located in a rural area. Hostel facilities are only for female students. Security facilities are available. So there is no concern regarding safety. Wi-Fi, labs, and library facilities are available. Mess and canteen facilities are not available. A medical facility is situated about 50 meters from the college. A physical education teacher is also available for sports and games.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. The curriculum follows the Utkal University curriculum, as the college is under the university. Exams are very strict, so no one can cheat during examinations. Professors and teachers are highly experienced and motivate students to appear for various competitive exams.
Other: I chose this course because I love science and the college is near my home. The best things of my course are the experienced teachers and lab facilities. Lab exposure is very important for higher studies. I think the course becomes better if more advanced lab instruments are provided. Annual events and various government programs are conducted. The campus crowd is normal, and NCC is also available. The college is situated near SH65, and the campus is surrounded by nature. Government and private scholarships are available. Various extracurricular activities take place regularly.
