Placements: I am a student at Ravenshaw University. I am now pursuing B.Sc. first year in computer science so I have an opportunity to get a placement in my college third year. Till now I have that information from my seniors that all the students get campus placements. In 3rd year in your college, you have around 3 LPA to 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: There are 6 girls hostels and 7 boys hostels present on the campus. One boy's hostel is also present outside the campus. The hosting at Ravenshaw University is very good and well-format. But campus provides you with a Wi-Fi facility and also smart classroom. You have a very famous library where you have facilities like computer, table, chair, and Wi-Fi. For B.Sc. in computer science the course fee is Rs 27,250 for girls and for boys Rs 27,450. The admission fee is Rs 2,250 and the course fee is Rs 25,000 for 1st year.
Faculty: All faculty and staff members of this university are very sweet and cooperative. They help students as many as possible. They try to give their best to make you more intelligent and a good human. The exam notice is given at correct time and students give their best.
Other: I chose this university and course because this university is one of the top universities in Orissa and also all over India. I want to go into technical line so I want to earn a B.Sc. degree in computer science. The campus also provides students events, scholarships, and sports.

Details on Ravenshaw University.
Placements: Currently, I am in 1st year but according to my seniors and teachers this college campus provides good campus placements and has annually package of 3-4 LPA in your college 3rd year degree. To get placements, the requirement is that you must be good in your curriculum.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure and campus are very big, neat, and clean. Wi-Fi facilities are also available on campus. You can access free Wi-Fi on your own laptop or mobile phone. Smart classrooms are also available. The hostel facilities are just superb. You get good food and good service.
Faculty: NEP is implemented in our college so if any student wants to pursue graduation for a degree in research, they can pursue 4 years. If any student doesn't want to pursue graduation in research, they can also do a normal graduation with degree certificate.
Other: All courses are good at this university, you can choose accordingly.

One of the best universities in Odisha.
Placements: There is very less chance of campus placements. But we can get good internships due to the campus reputation. The average package is 4 LPA. The average CGPA that a student needs is something approximately 7.5 CGPA. Top recruiters are IT companies.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is best in Odisha as it provides everything that a student needs including Wi-Fi, labs, big classrooms, library, and many more. The facilities that hostel provides are well-furnished, bathrooms are hygienic, and study rooms are present.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and very helpful to students. They are also very knowledgeable. Teaching quality is very good. Due to National Education Policy 2020, the course has become relevant. Semester exams are very easy if we listen to the teachers attentively.

It is one of the best universities in Odisha.
Placements: Almost 85% of students got placed in our course. Around 2 students got an average salary package of 6 LPA. The minimum salary package offered was 3.7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are HCL, Infosys, Tata Consultancy, Axis Bank, etc. The top roles offered are IT consultant, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is up to the mark. There is no lag in terms of facilities at this university. Hostels are average. The food served in the mess is better. Medical facilities are available on our campus. All sports are conducted with great enthusiasm.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful and qualified. I would rate 7 out of 10 for teaching quality. Semester exams are average. The pass percentage is 33%. The exam paper is not tough if you study regularly.

It's an excellent choice to get in here.
Placements: Campus placement comes twice a session. In the second and third years, Deloitte, Jindal, different banks, and Infosys visit the college. The highest salary package in CS is 4 LPA to 5 LPA. The average salary package is 3.3-3.6 LPA. The lowest salary package is 2.8 LPA.
Infrastructure: We have a huge library, aka the Kanika library, a huge computer lab, and a resource lab canteen. We have a huge playground, an international cricket ground, a basketball court, indoor badminton, a gym, and a table tennis court with a synthetic ground.
Faculty: Professors are all highly qualified, and their teaching styles are good because they actually listen to your problems. Semester-wise exams are held, as are internal exams. It's not difficult to pass if you really want to study. Subjects are electives. You have to choose one.
Other: I studied CS as an option in 12th, so the main purpose of pursuing CS here is overall college rank and excellent study atmosphere. You will get admission according to your 12th board result. It will be shown as listed in the merit list. Cut-off marks vary every year, so it totally depends on the college. If you're thinking of getting admission here, at least you have to score above 70% on your board. A plus point here is that reservations help a lot during admission. You also get admission if you have any other quota. Here, a function or fest is normal. You will enjoy it a lot. Every function is organised by the department. It varies department-wise as it is democratically celebrated.

Placements: The placements in our university are very good. Placements are offered by different big companies such as Deloitte, Infosys etc. Many students got placements in big companies through this university. Deloitte offers high opportunities for students of this university.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is very good. The classrooms are very good. Every course has its own department with personalized hybrid classrooms, computer labs and its own department library. The hostels are very close to every department. It is within the university, at a distance of a half kilometer. Hostel facilities are very good.
Faculty: The faculty for our course in this university are very sincere. The teachers of this department are very helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. The semester exams are moderate. Semester exams are held on time.

It's a good university for a bright future. It is good for placements as well as helping teachers.
Placements: At our university, about 50% to 60% of the students used to be placed with an average salary package of 3 LPA to 5 LPA. The companies taking students are Deloitte, Dell, HP, TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, etc. There are many internships in the third semester in which you may get a good amount of money according to your performance.
Infrastructure: For each department, there is a specific academic block with all the necessary equipment for the lab. For study purposes, Wi-Fi was installed, and classrooms were well furnished with all the items for quality education. Hostels for boys and girls are available only for non-self-financing courses. Till now, there has been no hostel facility for self-financing students.
Faculty: Academically, Ravenshaw has an upper hand because it is a unitary university, which means it has its own syllabus as well as exam pattern. Teachers were good, helpful, and highly qualified to give quality education. The syllabus is designed to make each and every student industry-ready.

Overall, it is a good institution.
Placements: Good placement services are provided by Ravenshaw. Around 95% of students in the ITM department got placements. The salary package is 5 LPA to 6.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, Deloitte, ICICI Bank, and many more. The roles that are offered by the company are trainee and HR.
Infrastructure: We have newly renovated classrooms with air conditioning facilities and smart class facilities. The Wi-Fi is always in working condition, and the library is also smart system integrated. There is a huge library situated on our campus. The food in the mess is very low quality.
Faculty: We have highly qualified teachers with good practical knowledge of different computer systems. This course is one of the best if a candidate is looking for both IT and management roles. The course will make every student industry-ready. The difficulty level of the examination is moderate. There are some tough subjects, and you must try to secure good marks in the specific subject. The pass percentage is 40%, which is 2% higher than at other colleges.
Other: The course is best because it provides complete knowledge about the combination of management and IT. This course provides basic knowledge about programming languages and management accounts.
