Good college with decent placements, supportive faculty, and a technology-friendly environment.
Placements: Almost 40% plus students from BFM secure placements, while some are in the process. The rest go for Master's or chartered courses. The lowest package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the highest is 7 LPA. Roles are diverse, including marketing, analyst, supply chain, and accounting. Internships are mandatory under NEP guidelines, so every student has to do an internship in the third year, which is either provided by the college or through a preferred organization.
Infrastructure: The classroom for first-year students is very spacious, while second-year classrooms are comparatively smaller. The first-year and second-year classrooms are non-air-conditioned. Third-year BFM students have air-conditioned classrooms, but they are smaller than the previous year's classrooms. The food available in the canteen is relatively good. The canteen mainly serves vada pav, samosas, tea, chips, ice cream, Coke (Diet and Campa), Skippies, Chinese Bhel, Manchurian, Maggi, and various Chinese recipes. The library has books for the curriculum and previous years’ question papers, which are very helpful during exams.
Faculty: All teachers are helpful. If students ask for help, they support them. The course curriculum follows NEP guidelines, and since the college is an autonomous body, it provides plenty of information about all aspects of financial markets. Students should not expect to learn only about stock markets and trading.
Other: I chose it because I am ambitious about financial markets and investments. The most relevant bachelor’s degree is a Bachelor's in Financial Markets. The course provides a lot of information about Indian financial markets. But, it would be more helpful if it also included case studies on global financial markets. It should also include value investing as a subject, which it currently does not.

The best college to pursue a high school education and a bachelor's degree.
Placements: As I am a CA aspirant my college and mentors helped me a lot with the courses that I had chosen. 80 percent of students got placed out of which 50 percent or more students got the best package as a fresher. Top students who scored well and did well in the interview got the roles from Big-4 companies.
Infrastructure: We don't have any hostel but the college facilities are extremely good. We have an indoor sports facility. The outdoor facility is limited due to a lack of space. The canteen food is delicious and is available at a nominal rate. My college spends a good amount of money on washrooms.
Faculty: Our college has been named as one of the best colleges in Mumbai because of the faculty and exams they conduct. They conduct tests on a weekly basis. The exam here is too difficult to pass because students get university exams as our college used to cover most of the topics in unit exams.

Our college infrastructure is very good.
Placements: In my batch, there are 150 students studying with me. The lowest package offered by the college is Rs 15,000 per annum and the highest is Rs 45,000 per annum. Many different companies come for hiring. A minimum of 30 percent of students get the internship.
Infrastructure: In Mulund College of Commerce, there are many facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, computer lab, and 2 libraries available for study. There is also a canteen. I don’t know about medical facilities. Many games are organized by the college like cricket, volleyball, etc.
Faculty: In Mulund College of Commerce, the teachers are very helpful and they are all qualified. The end semester exams are hard. The passing percentage is 35 percent. This college is under NEP. Because of this, the exams are a little bit harder.
Other: I choose this course because I am not very good in study. Many events happen yearly.

College is an A grade, and the faculty is good. Their main goal is to make you industry-ready.
Placements: Mulund College of Commerce placement, with the highest package reaching around 12 LPA in 2024, up to 10 LPA in 2023, while the average Package hovered near 5.5 LPA in 2024, up from 5 LPA in 2023, for its popular B.Com related courses. Top recruiters target students in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, and other streams, with salaries varying by specialisation, but generally reflecting strong local industry demand.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not fancy, but it is well-maintained. Clean washrooms and canteen. Classrooms are cleaned regularly. The food in the canteen is high-quality and very affordable. Also, there is a gymkhana and turf which students can use. Industrial visits and field trips are done.
Faculty: The pass percentage is always 100 percent. Very rarely, someone fails. The difficulty level is moderate. Semesters are not very difficult, they are quite easy if you study well. Teachers are well-educated and experienced. I think there are relevant subjects, and they emphasize presentations and public speaking.
Other: In BAF, the major is Accounting and Finance, which is useful everywhere.

A good college with helpful faculty and solid facilities.
Placements: Around 60-70% students from my course were placed. The highest package was about 6 LPA, the lowest around 2 LPA, and the average was 2.5-3 LPA. Top recruiters included IT support firms, fintech startups, digital marketing agencies and a few known tech companies. Around 40-50% students received internships in companies offering roles in web development, technical support, QA and basic software projects. The main roles offered were Junior Developer, Web Developer, Technical Support Executive, QA Intern and IT Operations roles.
Infrastructure: Our college doesn't have a hostel, but the infrastructure for the B.Sc. The Computer Applications course is good. The computer labs are well-maintained, and the systems work smoothly for practical purposes. Wi-Fi is available in most areas of the campus, and classrooms are clean with projectors for teaching. The library has enough books and a quiet space for studying. The canteen food is affordable, and the campus location is convenient, with basic medical and sports facilities available.
Faculty: The faculty for the course is helpful and knowledgeable. Most teachers explain concepts clearly and are approachable if you need guidance. The curriculum is relevant and covers the basics needed for IT jobs, along with practical lab sessions. Semester exams are moderate and manageable if you attend lectures and keep up with assignments. The pass percentage is generally good, and internal assessment also helps improve overall marks. Overall, the teaching quality and academic support are solid for this course.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in the IT field and wanted a degree that includes both theory and practical skills. The best part of the course is the supportive teachers and the practical labs that help in understanding coding and computer fundamentals. The college also has events, fests and decent extracurricular activities which make the overall experience enjoyable. One thing that could improve is providing more industry workshops and advanced technical training for students who want to grow in the IT field.

I say overall pretty good.
Placements: In my course, there are around 70 students. I have not graduated yet, but I think in the past, there were students who got placed with 20LPA. Infosys is the top recruiter in our college. 80% to 90% got their internship in companies like Digisamaksh and Digisuraksh. Full sack developer, graphic designer, frontend backed.
Infrastructure: The library and labs are good. The library is big, and it has an ID scanner entry. Classrooms are fine, a lot of classrooms have AC. The labs are good with good enough computers, but not that big a lab. We have a turf with a net, covered, its really good, a lot of students play there. The canteen is good and clean and has a lot of options. There is no hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and friendly here, solving a lot of doubts, and they teach very well. It helps students grow a lot, not just in their studies but as humans, too. I would not say it makes them totally ready, but it helps us grow a lot. The semester is mid to high level difficult, not that difficult. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: I chose Bachelor of Computer Applications in the case of programming and learning software, and all that. The best thing is the freedom to make any application or software. Learning even more software which are trending and the latest would improve this course. The cultural event spectrum is really good, it has all the activities, games, competitions, and cultural days, all very fun. The surroundings of the college are nice and clean. Pretty crowded on campus.
