Best Government College in Mumbai .
Placements: The placements I would say is top notch as many of my seniors who have passed out of the college are now working with reputed companies. Placements was also one of the major reasons why I chose to apply for this college. Almost 80% of the students in my course are working as interns in the first year itself.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities of my course is very satisfactory as it gives me access to 24/7 internet connectivity and knowledge. The classrooms are very neat and tidy and the canteen food is also hygienic. As a national level squash player myself, the college also is very supportive towards sports.
Faculty: The teachers and staff here are helpful and approachable. The course which I have chosen has a very practical curriculum which makes one know the true insights of business and allows one to gain practical knowledge. Most of the students pass their semester exams. Sincerity is a key in this college.

Our college provides perfect learning and excellent placements.
Placements: In our batch, almost 70% of the students managed to get a job through campus placements. Others wanted to pursue higher studies. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 2 LPA annum in organisations like TCS, Reliance, and Godrej. The top role offered was assistant manager. Almost 90% of the students opted for internships.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is perfect and has a modern building equipped with all facilities like air-conditioned classrooms, PowerPoint projectors in all classes, computer and research laboratories, and free Wi-Fi for all students. The canteen facility has a good variety and is well maintained. The library has a good collection of books for study reference and also for future competitive exam preparations. There is good provision for sports facilities however, studies and assignments leave us very a less time.
Faculty: All the teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Most of them have had corporate experience in the past or are visiting faculty and hence they shared valuable information as to what our preparation should be before entering the corporate world. The course curriculum is coupled with industry visits, seminars, and conferences made us industry-ready. The semester exams have a passing percentage of 40%, and out of the box, thinking is required to excel in exams.

Review by an NMITE on the current NM.
Placements: Placements are from top companies but only for a few batches. CTCs aren't that great for everyone, and there's a huge deviation. Only strong academics are suggested, which I feel is wrong. The training and placement committee reserves placements to a certain and doesn't help too much.
Infrastructure: There is no infrastructure at NM College. It currently runs in Baghubai College and just has 3-4 floors to itself. There is no campus or grounds or any such facilities. The only good thing is AC classrooms. Even the cafeteria is shared. The original building has been under construction for a very long time.
Faculty: They are one of the worst faculty members. They don't encourage students in extracurricular activities like fests and events. Their only focus is on studies. Exams are very frequent and unnecessary. Details about exams are often provided after exams are over which leaves students with fewer marks because of faculty mistakes.

I have had a wonderful 3 years of my life.
Placements: The placement cell conducted by the student coordinator and the teacher in charge is very well-organised. Companies like TCS, Godrej, Pfizer, Infosys, etc., are the leading companies that join the placement process. The highest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Almost 70% of the students opt for placements, and the rest 30% of them decided to go for further studies.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is one of the best in Mumbai. It has air-conditioned classrooms, and classrooms are equipped with whiteboards and PowerPoint screens. There is a wonderful collection of books, both national and international, in the library. The canteen food is hygienic. It also has a good variety, but it is expensive.
Faculty: All the teachers are highly qualified and experienced. The biggest advantage is that there are visiting faculty members from the corporate background who visit the campus to share their practical insights. The curriculum is perfect, and it also makes us aware of the industry requirements. Semester exams are difficult to pass thorough study, and critical thinking is required.

College experience after 1st year.
Placements: I'll be starting 2nd year soon so can't comment on placements yet but we have already had speaker sessions organized by the training and placement cell. One thing I can say is that last year, a BMS student received the highest package. We get a bunch of opportunities for internships for different types of companies and roles every few weeks.
Infrastructure: Our original college building was taken down a few years back so now we share a space with another college. The infrastructure is pretty good overall. All floors are air conditioned but there's no Wi-Fi. There's no hostel faculty and the canteen food is average.
Faculty: Teachers are quite good. They are all qualified and experienced. My experience has been overall positive in terms of the quality of teachers I have had. The subjects except for Maths and access-related subjects are very much theory-based, at least till now. The sem end exams can be difficult but they are manageable. Teachers prepare several questions and then the paper is prepared by a computer system, AI, or something.
