Overall good. You can definitely take admission here for a bright future.

Placements: Since B.Tech starts in 2023 only, I can't review the placements yet. We are the second batch of B.Tech, so let's see. Otherwise, placements are okay for other courses. BCA, BBA, and students from other courses are getting campus placements.

Infrastructure: University infrastructure and campus are good. The classrooms are really good compared to other colleges and universities in Jamshedpur. There is more than one canteen. The food is also better. The campus is big with lots of greenery and cleanliness. All the basic facilities are available.

Faculty: Faculty members are quite qualified and very helpful for students who are genuinely interested in studies. They also share a lot of useful information beyond the syllabus. They encourage students to work hard and actively participate in extracurricular activities.

Good university for Jharkhand students at low fees.

Placements: The highest package of Netaji Subhas University is 8 LPA. The lowest package is around 2–3 LPA, and the average package is around 5 LPA. Top companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Mindseeker, and Infinite Solutions visit for placements. Local companies like Paul Tech provide internships. Top roles are software engineer, AI engineer, data scientist, data analyst, etc.

Infrastructure: The main campus is not big, but every essential thing is available. It is located in a village area, not in the city. Classrooms are monitored by CCTV cameras. Wi-Fi is enabled on the entire campus. The library has more than 8k books, and a digital library is also available. I am not a hosteller, so I cannot tell much about the hostel, but medical and sports facilities are available.

Faculty: Teachers are kind, humble, well-educated, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good, but they focus only on theory and not much on practical learning. This course is relevant to industry demand. The semester exam is easy, the pass percentage is 55 percent. Almost 90 percent of students pass easily.

Other: If they focus more on practical things, it will be best for us in the future. Internships are available, but not in good companies, mostly local in Jamshedpur. A lot of events happen here. The campus surroundings have a cool and calm environment. Merit-based scholarships are available, and for Jharkhand students, the e-Kalyan scholarship is also available.

Decent university for engineering under 6 Lacs in Jamshedpur.

Placements: The highest package of the IT department is 8 LPA and the lowest package of NSU is around 3 LPA. Top companies like Tata Consultancy, Infosys, Wipro, and local companies of JSR like Infinite Solutions, Paultech, etc., visit for recruitment. The internship percentage is around 80–90 percent, and the top roles offered are software developer, frontend developer, figma developer, UI/UX designer, etc.

Infrastructure: Decent facilities like a CS lab and AI lab are available. The infrastructure for the CSE department includes fully AC classrooms and Wi-Fi. The library is also available with more than 10 thousand books. I am a hosteller. The food is decent, not very good but acceptable. Medical facilities are available 24 hours. Purified water is available in the hostel. Sports like cricket and football can be played here. A gym is also on campus.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, knowledgeable, and well qualified, and they know modern job demand skills. Our syllabus is more oriented towards new generation skills like AI, ML, etc. One best thing is one subject for interview preparation and email writing that helps us improve English and communication efficiency. Semester exams are moderate.

Other: I love coding, that is why I choose Computer Science. I want to do something innovative in the tech field. A lot of events and fests are organized in NSU. Scholarships like LG, E-KALYAN, and NSP scholarships are available for SC/ST/OBC students. The main campus is on the outskirts of JSR City.

Satisfied with the college because of helpful faculty, decent placements, and a good infrastructure.

Placements: 70 percent of students get placed in the core sector, and others are placed in non-core sectors. The highest package offered in my college is 8 LPA, and the average package offered is 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered in my college is 1.8 LPA. The top recruiting companies of the IT Department are TCS, Wipro, etc. Almost every student gets internship opportunities from my university, but the stipend is not given because we get internships in local companies like Infinite Solutions. Top roles offered are full-stack web developer, front-end developer, backend developer, etc.

Infrastructure: There are 4 modern labs in NSU. Each lab has an Ethernet internet facility. Classrooms have CCTV cameras and AC. The library has more than 10,000 books. We need a library card to get books and access to the library. Hostel facilities are average. The food served is average. A lot of games are played here, like cricket, football, basketball, etc.

Faculty: All teachers are well-qualified and helpful. Every teacher is from IIT or NIT with a PhD degree. I think the course curriculum is relevant because core concepts like C, DSA, DBMS, and OOPS are there in our syllabus. Semester exams are easy to moderate.

Other: From childhood, I have been interested in computer science, so I chose this course to continue my higher education in CSE. The best thing about my course is that only 4 hours of classes are held per day, and we can do self-study, and we can also prepare for the government exam easily from here. A lot of events are organised by the university.

It is the best private university for job professionals who want to continue their higher education.

Placements: In NSU, almost 70-80 percent of students get placed by the IT department. The lowest package offered is 2.5 LPA and the highest package offered ranges from 8 to 9 LPA from NSU in the IT department. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, EY, and Infosys visit the college for placements. Almost 90 percent of students get internships in JSR company.

Infrastructure: Our college has 4 computer labs, and more than 500 desktops are available in the computer lab. The internet is provided by an Ethernet connection. The library has more than 10,000 books. B.Ed, almirah, and pillow are provided during hostel admission. Hostel fee is Rs. 80,000 per year. Medical facilities are available. Sports like badminton, cricket, and basketball are available. We cannot go outside the hostel after 6 PM.

Faculty: Some teachers are helpful, and some teachers are not. They all are well-qualified. Some teachers teach by reading PDFs, and some teachers explain each topic in detail. Maths teacher is good. The 6th semester syllabus has AI and ML. I am not sure if they will teach us in a practical manner. Semester exams are easy, and we can pass even if we studied for only one week before exams.

Other: I have already completed my Diploma degree in CSE, so I chose the B.Tech CSE course. Better and more experienced faculty members are not available. All faculty members are new, with 1 to 2 years of experience. A lot of events are organised by clubs, mass media, placement cell, and e-cell.
