If you choose CS you will definitely get placed, given that you are famous in the college I mean, you should hangout with professors, host programs etc. Yes you will have to pay the college 20 to 25% of your CTC package if I am not wrong. They will have you take a compulsory training before placements and you will have to cough up some 8 to 10k. Rumour is that they encroached an adjacent community and built the college in their premises. The fees is high and the quality of education is satisfactory. It is more business than education. There is a lot of partiality and double standards among students and departments. To sum up, they do snatch your money, but if you know how to duck it, you are fine.

Cut off for PGCET for MBA 2021: 48 marks while 2020 has a cut off : 47 marks. Around 47-48 marks, every year cut off is there.
