Currently, NIT Kurukshetra has not released the dates for the commencement of classes for the academic batch 2025. It is anticipated that the dates will fall in the same bracket similar to the previous one. The date of commencement of classes for the 2024 batch was August 12, 2024.  

Whether or not admission will be possible in NIT Kurukshetra with 92 percentile will depend on a number of factors, including the programme you would be applying to, category, opening and closing ranks of the institute during JoSAA counseling. Percentiles required will be high for popular courses like Computer Science or Electronics, say 95+ for the General category. The cutoffs may be less for other branches. Whereas, NIT Rourkela total tuition fee is INR 4 lakh.Having said that, NIT Rourkela offers the most amount of MBA seats out of the three NITs, as it offers 75 seats compared to 40 and 53 seats for NIT Hamirpur and NIT Kurukshetra, respectively.
