No, NIT Manipur offers admission to UG and PG courses based on entrance exam scores. Aspirants seeking admission in BTech must have a valid JEE Main score. You can get CSE in GFTI as per the JoSSA counselling cutoff last year. You cannot get any branch, like CSE, ECE in NIT at this rank.
