College campus is huge and placements are also good.

Placements: We have a very good placement record right now compared to other institutes. The training for placements for students starts from the second year itself. Last year, the highest package is 25 LPA, and the average package is 12 LPA. There are many companies recruiting from our college, such as IBM, Cisco, Infosys, HCL, etc. Mostly all the students got placements from the campus placement drive.

Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is good, and we have a library, student section, help desk, and many classrooms available in the main building. Also, we have an auditorium, an AC convention hall, 2 to 3 lecture halls, etc. The college provides transportation facilities also for the students. All events and fests are conducted on the college campus, and mostly all the festivals are celebrated here.

Faculty: Our college faculty is very friendly and helpful. Some of them have even graduated from prestigious colleges. They always guided us through our doubts. They all are very supportive and teach us diligently so that every student can pass in semester exams. Recently, we have achieved a 70% passing percentage in the institute.

What is the eligibility criteria for BTech admission at NIT Nagaland?

NIT Nagaland offers BTech at the UG level in full-time mode. The eligibility criteria of the programme is as follows:

Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 75% from a recognised board
Must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Class 12

Can I get into NIT Nagaland without JEE Main for BTech?

No, you can not get into NIT Nagaland's BTech programme without having appeared in JEE Mains. The main selection criteria of the course is scores obtained in the JEE Mains exam only, hence, admission without it is not possible. Participating in the JoSAA counselling is also necessary.
