If you won't be able to get the NIT-Trichy, then you should opt for the MNIT-Allahabad, as that is the second best NIT in all the NITs after NIT-Trichy.

I'd prefer you to opt for the NIT Warangal for chemical engineering as in the NIT you can get better job opportunities and exposure to the outer world which is not so in Anna University, as NIT has good tie-ups with many MNCs.

NIT Trichy is best when compared to NITW.It also has good placements though the fees is high you will get good knowledge.So i suggest you to prefer this college.

Yes, you can get NIT, Warangal (NITW) for B.Tech in Civil Engineering but for that you have to wait till the last round of the counselling.
