Exams are difficult. The pass percentage is 40%. It depends on the credits of subjects decided by the university.

BMS School of Architecture was ranked 7 out of 62 among best institutes of architecture by IIRF 2025 while Nitte School of Architecture was ranked 56. So BMSSA is better ranked by IIRF.
