My honest opinion of P. G. Institute of Medical Sciences.

Placements: Placement from this college was very average since the placement cell was not good enough. They provided us with only unpaid internships twice in three years. The college offered me a job package of 1.2 LPA. The offer was made by a hospital in the locality.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and libraries were good, but there was no AC available in each. Labs were also good and well-equipped for students to use for experiments. I was staying as a paid guest in that locality, and there was no hostel there. The hostel was under construction. Medical facilities were good. The college used to hold annual sports in which everyone participated, including students and faculty members, so that experience was good as well.

Faculty: Teachers were really helpful and qualified according to their positions. They were knowledgeable and really approachable as well. We could ask for their help at any time, which was a very good experience for me. The semester exams were quite difficult, but we were ready beforehand, so it didn't cause any trouble.

Placements: There's no placement. They need to work on this side. No one from our batch got any placement from our college. 0% of our students got the placement. No one offered us any package in our course. 100% of students got unpaid internships in various hospitals.

Infrastructure: The college has very poor infrastructure. The college only has rooms for students. There is no Wi-Fi or labs. It does have a library and it does have a good amount of books, but it doesn't have a hostel or a mess. You need to find the mess on your own. It holds annual sports once a year, typically in December or January.

Faculty: Teachers are helping, qualified, and knowledgeable. Our teacher helped us right after we reached her every time. Every teacher is kind and friendly. The difficulty level of exams of the course exams is medium. 100% of students have passed. They provided us with good study materials.
