College has supportive management and faculty for the students.

Placements: Pearl Academy offers decent placement opportunities to students in the Bachelor of Design program. Around 30–35% of the students get placements in our course. The college has a strong placement cell, which brings companies such as OLX, Zota, Zoho, Genpact, etc., for placements. Students were also getting internships with stipends.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available at Pearl Academy were really good for the students. Students receive proper support from the management of the college. The college has labs for students to practice in. The library and classrooms had proper seating. Wi-Fi, sports, and other necessary facilities were also available for the students.

Faculty: The faculty of the college was helpful, supportive, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their way of teaching was good and easy to understand. The teachers had good experience in both the teaching and designing fields. The course curriculum of the college was relevant and made the students industry-ready. Semester exams at the college were not hard to pass.

Good learning environment for fashion students .

Placements: I'm currently a third-year undergraduate fashion design so I haven't gone through placements yet. What I can say is that seniors regularly share their internship experience is with us and many of them have already started building industry connections through projects and internships. The placement team also conducts sessions around portfolio preparation and interview readiness which helps us understand what companies look for. Recently only on campus placement drive was taking place and from what I heard, a lot of students got placed in reputed companies.

Infrastructure: Most of our classes happen in studios, labs and projects space depending on subject. We spend lot of time working on assignments, presentations and group projects, so having access to these facilities is important. I stay in the hostel and it has been convenient because during submission weeks we often spend long hours on campus. The hostel being nearby save a lot of computing time. I feel hostel is more safe than staying in a PG. Pearl hostel is decent and comfortable, and food is decent too. Breakfast spread is okay but dinner is usually good.

Faculty: The curriculum is very practical and project-focused and it is updated too as we have AI too. College is giving us AI training and we have access to the tools so it's fun and cool. Every semester involves multiple assignments, research work, presentations and hands-on projects. Faculty members usually give feedback throughout the process. Most assessment are based on projects, portfolio, presentations and continuous evaluation. So staying consistent throughout the semester is important.

Other: One thing I personally like is that we are constantly working on something. There are workshops, guest sessions, masterclasses and collaborative projects happening throughout the year. I've learned much more through hands-on assignments and feedback sessions that I expected before joining. Seeing the work of seniors also gives a good idea of how skills develop over the course of the programme. Recently, I attend sessions with designers like Rahul Mishra and Masaba Gupta, which was honesty quite interesting because they spoken openly about their journey, creative and how the industry is changing with AI.

The campus is great, the surroundings are also excellent, and the faculty is also good.

Placements: There are 14 students in my course. The highest package offered is 50 LPA and the lowest is 25 LPA at Balenciaga. 50 percent of students got placed. Role offered is media designer. The average package is 30 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Myntra, A.M.E. design, Wrogn, One8, Puma, Nike, Balenciaga, Lake, and other fashion shows.

Infrastructure: It has Wi-Fi, a canteen, AC, tech labs, a good library, styling labs, sewing labs, a collab space, textile labs, clo labs, and so. They give you full access to Creative Cloud which includes all the Adobe software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and so on.

Faculty: The exams are conducted by CAES and RGNIYD. Written and practical exams done by the college and a jury is also taken by external. They support you and teach you so well and also ensure that you'll get to know and understand everything about your course.

Other: I want to pursue a career that gives me growth and I also want to follow my passion which is why I chose this course.
