Poddar International College celebrates Diwali

January 21, 2026: Diwali at Poddar International College was celebrated with devotion and creativity. From rangoli competitions and Ramayana-themed performances to the recitation of Ram Stuti and a vibrant fireworks display, the celebration beautifully blended tradition with youthful expression, reinforcing cultural values.

PGI hosts Oath Ceremony

January 21, 2026: The Oath Ceremony for the Student Club Council 2025–26 upheld PGI’s tradition of student leadership and responsibility. Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Executive Members across 13 clubs formally assumed their roles, pledging commitment to institutional growth, social responsibility, and nation-building.

Poddar Business School hosts Freshers Party

January 21, 2026: Freshers' Fiesta at Poddar Business School marked a joyful welcome for new students. The campus buzzed with energy as participants showcased their talents through dance, performances, and the Mr. & Ms. Fresher contest. The event fostered friendship, confidence, and a strong sense of belonging among the newest members of the PGI family.

Matki Fod Competition Organized at Poddar Business school

January 8, 2025: The Matki Fod Competition, organized by the surmai club in association with global brij foundation at Poddar Business school on August 24, 2024, was a vibrant display of cultural heritage and community spirit.

The event featured a mesmerizing Rasleela and Mahabharat performance by talented students, adding a dramatic and traditional touch to the festivities. Additionally, the atmosphere was enriched by a soulful Kirtan led by Manjiri Dasi Devi, creating a spiritually uplifting experience for all. Ajay Peshwani won Best Krishna while Anjali Khandelwal won Best Radha award.

The Commerce Department won the matki fod competition, with the IT and Pharmacy Departments as runners-up. The day was a perfect blend of tradition, performance, and celebration.

Oath Ceremony Organized at Poddar International College

January 8, 2025: Poddar International College organized an *Oath Ceremony* for the *Student Club Council 2024-25* on "23 September 2024"in line with the tradition of the Poddar Group of Institutions.

In this ceremony, presidents, Vice President and Executive Members in all the 11 clubs (Cultural, Creative, Entrepreneurship Development, Training and Placement,NSS,Bitdrone, Research,Sports, International Connect, Literary and Management and Digimark Club) of Poddar International College received their respective badges. The newly appointed student club council marched impressively with colorful flags and signed their declaration inducting themselves into their duties. 

The students swore to promote the development of the clubs, college, society and nation. 

Poddar International College, Mansarovar, Organises Intra Collegiate Competition - Poddar Got Talent 2024

January 8, 2025: Poddar International College, Mansarovar, under the aegis of Surmai Club, organized an intra Collegiate Competition *"Poddar Got Talent-Preliminary Round”* on 25-Sep-2024, where all the students got a platform to overcome hesitation, nervousness and stage fear. The event, held at the auditorium of the College, was the chance for students to showcase their talent and gain confidence, enthusiasm, zeal, and opportunity.

More than 80 participants shared the stage, showcasing Singing, Modeling, Mimicry, Dance, Poems, Stand up Comedy and Instrumental Music.Nearly 300 students from different streams attended the event with great enthusiasm.

Freshers Fiesta 2024 at PGI

January 8, 2025: The group hosted a vibrant and memorable *Freshers Fiesta 2024* for new students at Poddar Business School on 28-Sep-2024.The event was organized by joint efforts of senior students of various students clubs.

The event included performances by Seniors,Mr and Ms.fresher Competition, dance and dinner for students.The jury included Ms.Somya Gupta -Ms.India Glam 2024 and Mr.Abhishek-Mr.Rajasthan -First Runner up 2024. The Freshers Party was a resounding success, marking the beginning of an exciting academic journey for the newcomers while fostering stronger bonds within the student body.

PGI Hosts INNOFEST INDIA 2024

January 8, 2025: InnoFest India 2024 hosted by the Federation of Unicorn Innovative Startups and Industries (FUISI) in association with Poddar Group of Institutions , and supported by prestigious partners such as the Department of Industrial Commerce (DIC), iStart Rajsathan, Rajasthan University, Marari Catalyst, Startup Chaupal, and the Earth Foundation.

The event took place from 7th-9th November 2024. InnoFest India 2024 draws its inspiration from the visionary Startup India Initiative, launched by our Honourable Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi Ji.

Our mission with InnoFest India 2024 extended beyond merely boosting entrepreneurship, economic growth, and employments. Poddar Group of Institutions aimed to bring India to the global startup forefront and empower startups to grow through innovation and technology. The InnoFest India 2024 served as a pivotal platform for bringing together some of the brightest entrepreneurial minds, thought leaders, and trailblazers from across India.

Explore PGI Organized Fashion Runway 

June 13, 2024: A student fashion show is not just “show and tell”, but a collaborative educational experience that showcases student marketing, design, and event production talents. Fashion Runway offers the budding designer students an unmatched opportunity to establish and reinforce their identity. The carefully curated runway presentations allow designers to communicate their creative vision, style and aesthetic to the audience and future buyers.

Fashion Runway is not only an event but fulfilling dreams of budding designers and giving them the chance to turn them into reality believing no dream is very too big and no dreamer is ever too small. What makes design students stand apart is the learning pedagogy based on Live Projects, Experiential Learning, Case Studies, Industrial Visits, Training programs like Workshops and Seminars, etc.

PGI Organizes Scrap to Shine (Recycle for Life Cycle)

June 13, 2024: Poddar International College organizes an inter collegiate competition ‘Scrap to Shine’ every year. The theme of the competition is to recycle for the life cycle. The main idea behind organizing this workshop is to utilize the waste products and create something useful out of it. This event is open for all the streams and departments. The prime emphasis of the event is to manage waste and other renewable sources of energy. The students participate enthusiastically in the competition and create products like clock, dummy house project, lamp, basket, decorative items etc. The students are felicitated by cash prices and certificate.

PGI Organizes Placement Day for Students

June 14, 2024: “Placement Day 2024” was celebrated at PGI on May 18, 2024 in order to cherish the success of the students who were placed well in many renowned companies. Mr. Ashok Kumar, RAS Officer and Mr. Satish Malhotra, Principal Consultant, Naggaro Software graced the occasion along with other dignitaries. The event was marked by a procession by the students in addition to a cake cutting ceremony. The Training and Placement Officer Mr. Prabal Pratap Singh and President of the Cell Mr. Jai Yogi presented a complete Placement Report. The highest package offered to a student so far was reported to be INR 24 lakh per annum. Many alumni were also part of the event. Overall, there have been more than 600 placement drives in the college campus. The students also shared their memorable experiences regarding their placements. As a mark of joyfulness balloon were released at the end of the event.

June 14, 2024: Technotrack, is the annual technology festival of the Poddar International College. The event was organized with the objective of providing a platform for the student community to innovate and showcase their technical expertise. The event encouraged scientific thinking, technology and innovation between students. A two- day event on the campus of Poddar International College, Jaipur enticed individuals from all walks of life including students, professionals, and academicians.

Year after year, Techfest explores the various aspects of science and technology and the profound impacts they have on student’s lives. Technotrack has continuously evolved, grown, and pushed the boundaries of what a technical fest can be. With something for everyone, the event is the ideal platform for all techies: young or old, student or professional, beginner or expert, to witness, learn and experience the sensations of Innovations and technology.

June 14, 2024: Designed to offer a seamless blend of top-tier education and hands-on industry exposure, the Global Immersion Program stands as a beacon of next-gen business education. The PGDM 2022-24 batch recently charted an enriching journey across Muscat, Oman, and Abu Dhabi, UAE, delving deep into the heart of global industries and emerging trends. Immersing themselves in the vibrant tapestry of industries, the students got invaluable insights from esteemed establishments like Al Madina Logistics, Intermetal LLC, Intel Innovation Center, Dubai International Finance Center.
