Manipal University Jaipur does not provide direct admission to all the courses. However it does provide direct admission to some of the courses such as BCA, BBA, BA, BCom. Admission to these courses takes place on the basis of class 12 exam and personal interview. For some of the courses candidates might have to take English Compregension tests. Primarily BTech and M.Tech admision takes place on the basis of JEE and GATE scores. 

Poornima University admission to BCA course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Aspirants need to Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST/ non-creamy layer OBC/ SBC/ Girls) for admission to the BCA course. To get admission at Jaipur National University, students must meet the eligibility and selection requirement. To be eligible, students must have valid scores in last qualifying exams. The final admission in based on merit and entrance scores. For entrance-based admission, Jaipur National University conducts JNU Entrance cum Scholarship Test (JEST). Other accepted entrance exams are CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, JEE Main, NEE, etc. 

Students who want to get admission into BCA course at Banasthali Vidyapith, must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria. Students must obtain at least 60% marks in class 12 exams. Banasthali Vidyapith shortlists the students on score obtained in entrance exam. Questions asked in the aptitude exam are around mathematics and reasoning.
