Review of Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship.

Placements: From my college, many companies have selected students. Various types of companies come and conduct interviews, and many students have received good opportunities through these placements. They offer good packages, such as 3 LPA for fresh graduates, which is sufficient to meet their needs.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are not available in my college because it is located in a prime area and does not have enough space. Mess food is also unavailable, but there are two canteens available for boys and girls, and the food is good. The course/program helps students prepare for both domestic and global careers in any industry sector. They prepare students according to their interests and teach them accordingly. A lot of learning is imparted through both theoretical and practical methods.

Faculty: During exam time, it was very challenging to manage each day because the exam structure and seating arrangements changed for every exam. Also, in one room, there are three teachers assigned to supervise. I felt too intimidated to speak in the exam hall. My college has an NAC A Grade and has one of the best science and commerce faculties in Pune. Many faculty members are gold medalists in different subjects. We are proud to be part of a college with such a great faculty.

My honest review about my college.

Placements: From my college, lots of companies have selected students, and many companies like Wipro, Infosys, and Cognizant have come and taken interviews. Many students have got good opportunities from this type of placement, and they will offer a good package like 3 LPA for freshers, which is enough salary to fulfill their needs. I have applied to so many companies, but I have not gotten the perfect job.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are not available in my college because my college is in a prime location, so they do not have sufficient space for a hostel, and mess food is also not available. There are 2 canteens available in my college for boys and girls, and the food is tasty. It's nice, and although we have more extra activities on top of it, the curriculum is designed well. To get exposure to various things, the college organizes various activities so that the students can learn.

Faculty: During exam time, it was very hard to spend a single day because the exam structure and sitting arrangement changed for every exam. In one room, there are 3 teachers assigned to take care of, and I was too nervous to speak in the exam hall. Teachers are mind-blowing. This is the best college if you really want to study seriously and can take more from them. You can take admission in this college any day if you are thinking of the faculty.

Placements: From my college, many companies have selected students. Companies like Cognizant came to conduct interviews, and many students got good opportunities from these placements. They offered a good package of around 3 LPA for freshers, which is enough to fulfill their needs.

Mess food is also not available, but there are two canteens for both boys and girls, and the food is tasty. The course is excellent. There is a lot of focus on practical learning. There have been researches done by the institute.

Faculty: During exam time, it was very hard to spend a single day because the exam structure and seating arrangement change for every exam. Also, in one room, there were three teachers assigned to proctor. It was too dangerous to even speak in the exam hall. The faculty is mind-blowing. This is the best college if you really want to study seriously and can learn a lot from them. You can take admission in this college any day if you are thinking about the faculty.

Good option for management course.

Placements: Around 80% of students got placed from our course during my academic journey. The highest package offered in our course was 18 LPA. The average package offered was generally around 5 LPA-6 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Accenture, Goldman Sachs, ICICI Prudential, etc.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course were extremely good. Classrooms were large. The library was available in the college. A limited sports facility was present. Basic medical facilities were available, such as a first aid box and generic medicine.

Faculty: The teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable in their respective domains of study. The teaching quality of our faculty members was extremely good. The course curriculum was relevant. Students were becoming ready for jobs. Semester examination was at a moderate level.

Review of Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship.

Placements: Placements and job opportunities are too good. Companies like FedEx Express, Vodafone India, State Street Syntel Services, eClerx Services Limited, place India, the Marketing Code, etc are coming to our campus to hire candidates from various specializations. Our students are offered up to 4 lacs per annum. I did my internship at TVS and Logistics Services Limited. I did the HR work there. I learned everything related to human resources which includes recruitment.

Faculty: Faculty members are awesome. They teach us in different ways with live examples and different types of activities. The course curriculum is a bit outdated but professors bring lots of new topics for discussion. Pedagogy is also a bit outdated considering the fact that lots of other MBA institutes have innovative styles of teaching. Some of the courses were offered on specific campuses hence creating a lot of convenience for students to travel to different campuses.

Placements: There were good companies visiting our campus but from 2023 number of companies decline but most students placed in campus average package is 5,00,000 per annum. Aditya birla And Deloitte are top most companies. Yes, college provide internship, it has good learning experience. Average stipend is 5,000 rs mostly are unpaid or underpaid internship. One YBI foundation internship is useless.

Infrastructure: College is best in campus events, encourage every student to participate in atleast one activity so, there stage skills improve. College campus is small. No Wi-Fi for students. Every department has seperate computer lab one student one PC. There is no hostel in our institute mostly students are native Pune. But many mess, flat, private hostel are available at nearby location.

Faculty: The reason of taking admission is good faculty and focus on overall development. Teachers have industry experience they done many researches in finance and money management. Yes course make us industry ready it curriculum have 5 subjects every semester. Total 4 semester for 2 years need to clear all 20 subject to get MBA degree.

Other: I reason of choosing course is MBA become demanding in industry and I want to work in management level.
