The college is average. The course that I am pursuing is very costly
Placements: The percentage of students placed in my course is 50 percent. The top recruiting companies for my course are Deloitte and the Big 4. The top roles offered in my course are finance management, accountants, auditors, etc. The highest package is 3 LPA the lowest is 50,000, and the average package is 1 LPA. About 10 percent of students got internships from my course in small CA firms.
Infrastructure: The facilities for the course are average. The classrooms are good, and the labs are also good. The library is very good because the books they have are excellent. The quality of the hostel facilities is good, and the food they provide is average.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. However, the course curriculum is not useful and does not make students industry-ready. The semester exams in the college were good, and the passing percentage is 30 percent.

Excellent faculty, supportive environment, and a memorable 3-Year journey.
Placements: Although my college didn’t offer a large number of campus placements, it provided us with plenty of valuable internship opportunities. These internships helped us gain real-world experience, build practical skills, and prepare ourselves for our future career paths.
Infrastructure: Our college was well-equipped with all the essential facilities, including high-speed internet, clean and well-maintained computer labs, safe drinking water, digital classrooms, and an advanced library. The canteen served good-quality food, and the hostels were kept tidy and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant living and learning environment.
Faculty: Faculty in the Computer Science department were highly qualified, knowledgeable, and always ready to help, making the learning process smooth and engaging. The curriculum was well-structured and relevant, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to prepare students for the industry. Semester exams were moderately challenging but fair, and with proper preparation, most students performed well, leading to a high pass percentage in our department.
Other: I chose B.Sc. Computer Science, and the best part about this course is that it revolves around computers, one of humanity’s greatest inventions. Computers are the future, and studying them has been an exciting journey. The only improvement I would suggest is to make our department fully government-funded instead of semi-government, as it would help many students through fee reduction. The college also organized various events such as drama, dance, singing, public rallies, and more. All of them were wonderfully arranged, and I personally had the joy of participating in several.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of no placements provided, overall, good infrastructure.
Placements: No placements provided by the college, as the college is a government college, but the commerce department is not funded by the government, it's privately funded, and so the college doesn't offer any placement opportunities, as no companies participate here for hiring because the college doesn't offer any such opportunities or doesn't meet the requirements for this.
Infrastructure: The college offered pretty decent facilities like Wi-Fi, classrooms, a library, basketball courts, a canteen, parking facilities, and a volleyball court as well. The quality of the canteen is very good as there are many dishes served along with a live Maggi and coffee centre by Nestle just next to the library.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable in their respective domains. The quality of teaching is good. Semester exams are held by the University itself, and the pass percentage is also held by the university. 30 percent each semester you need to attain 27 marks for the written out of 80, and the remaining 20 marks, one for practical and the other for live project given on different problems related to the choice of honors.
Other: Since I have an interest in commerce, I opt for this, events and fests are held twice a year, in mid-September and in November.

It has good infrastructure, facilities, and decent placements. Faculty quality needs to be improved.
Placements: Around 80% of students from my course get placed through campus recruitment. The highest package is 18 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, and Accenture. A few product-based companies like Amazon and Cisco also hire students. The top role offered is business analysis.
Infrastructure: The department offers well-equipped classrooms with projectors, reliable Wi-Fi, and modern rooms suited for practical learning. The library is well-stocked with relevant academics. The hostel faculty members are decent. Rooms are regularly maintained. The mess food is average.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, good, and approachable. The teaching quality varied somewhere. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable, and others lack effective teaching skills. The course mostly covers fundamental industry concepts, but it could be more practical.
Other: The course provides a solid foundation in core subjects with decent lab sessions, and assignments are well-structured for understanding theories assignments.

It is really quite good.
Placements: Around 50 to 55% of students were placed in our course. They offered nothing in our course. No one got internships from our course in any companies. Top roles offered in our course are teacher and professor.
Infrastructure: Our education department classroom is not too good and it is small. Fan and light are also poor. Hostel facilities are good and food is available like price, dal, etc. In canteen, fast food is available. I do not know about medical facilities. Sports and games are organised like kabaddi, football, basketball, and volleyball.
Faculty: I don't know about other departments but our education department teachers are quite interesting in teaching. This course curriculum is relevant. It also makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not too difficult, and I think pass mark is 40.
Other: I chose this course because in the future I want to become a professor. The best thing about our course is the presentation. Everything is perfect. They celebrate every festival.

Overall to summarize my experience it was decent.
Placements: None of my mates got placed here. However, there is no placement guarantee from college as no such concept exists here. If you want to get a graduation degree this college is for you but if you want an in-house placement opportunity then this college is not for you.
Infrastructure: College environment, canteen, and food are good. There are other departments available in the college. Overall nice environment and a good ecosystem I would rate the college 3/5 on my basis. There are no medical facilities provided as there is no one availing on campus. In terms of sports and games, there is a lot to go such as an inhouse basketball court, volleyball court, etc. Basketball court is available for students who play and also there is a volleyball court available.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and especially the HOD is very down-to-earth kind of person. His name is Uddipta Narayan Medhi. All teachers are good and help students with needs including project writing and all other basic needs you cater.
Other: I chose B.Com (Hons) I got an 8.5 GPA. I messed up my social life so there were not many people who were my friends back there at college but I admire the fact that the overall experience was all good.
