You have a decent profile. However, a lot depends on your performance in group activity and personal interview as well. Mention about IPCC in the form.

There is no cutoff for PGDM. It's a profile based selection. Your entrance score is pretty good. Other factors like your past academics, work experience, extracurriculars, GA-PI performance will also be considered for final selection.

Can I get admission in Welingkar for PGDM with 86 percentile in CMAT and 87 percentile in MAH-CET exam?

Chances are tough as Welingkar doesn't go below 92-93 if profile is good. Otherwise, it is 95 and above.

Be well versed with current affairs. Read newspapers daily. Be descriptive when you talk about anything but at the same time keep it simple.

First and foremost, you must write entrance exams like MAT, CMAT, CAT, XAT, etc., for joining any of the colleges for MBA course. You must have the scoreboard of any of this entrances and apply to that particular college and they will call you for Group Discussion and Personal Interview, and then, at last, they will announce the results.
