Very good placements are there. Excellent teachers are there for all subjects.
Placements: Very good placements are there, all the eligible students are placed. Teachers very well supported by department head officer. The highest package is 4 LPA and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. Everyone got 3 LPA package. No one got internship development roles.
Infrastructure: Hostel is good and very tasty food and new food variety is there every time. Hostel security is of next level, we feel very secure inside the college, it's one the top-rated colleges.
Faculty: Excellent teachers are there for all subjects. Teachers are very knowledgeable, experienced and very cooperative. Not subjects are relevant to industry, very old syllabus is followed. Our own semester exams are very difficult, we learnt on day-to-day basis projects and mini projects are good.
Other: Scholarship form Karnataka Government is there.

I am satisfied with placements and training.
Placements: Almost 100% of students got placed in our college. Students who scored more than 60% in all semesters got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered was 5.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies were TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, Mindtree, etc. Top roles offered were software engineer, SDE, and data analyst.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were well-equipped with Wi-Fi, projectors, and screens. All labs and digital libraries were well-maintained. Medical facilities were good. The hostel rooms are very well with 24X7 security. The campus was under CCTV surveillance.
Faculty: Teachers were well-experienced and very helpful. Most of them were Ph.D. holders. They made students industry-ready. They provided good knowledge to students. The course curriculum was set by VTU. The difficulty level of exams depended on students and their mindset. The pass percentage was 99%.
Other: During the covid, our college helped and encouraged students in their future. I opted for this course because I want to enter the IT field. Our college supported sports, activities, and inter-college competitions.

The top recruiting companies are TCS, Cognizant, Hexaware, and Deltax. 50% of students got internships in our courses during respective interviews.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided in our college include Wi-Fi, classrooms, library, canteen, CAD lab, and bookshop. The facilities in our hostel are Wi-Fi, washing machines, CCTV, food, and TV. The food in the canteen is nice, with reasonable prices and quality. Medical facilities are also available in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are experienced with high qualifications. With so much experience, the way they teach is very useful, which helps us in semester exams. The course I have taken is relevant to my future. The difficulty level in our exams is very easy to pass. The pass percentage is 75%.
Other: I have chosen this course because of my interest in it. The things I need to improve are teaching. The events conducted in our college are very interesting and sporty. It is one of the biggest opportunities for every student.

RLJIT is a great engineering college and a great stage for students to improve leadership skills.
Placements: The placement was a big issue, and it exists even now. Around 5% of the students were placed through campus recruitment. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA, and 1.2 LPA was the lowest package offered. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Infosys, TAFE, etc., visited our campus. The college has provided us with references for internships, and we only worked hard for getting an internship to complete our course. I don't remember the stipend offered. A placement cell (R & D team also) is present in the college. They were very efficient in inviting companies to the campus. But, the students' overall development is poor, and students lacked innovative ideas. VTU's syllabus is also to be blamed. The students should think and act according to the requirements of the companies. Being only a studious and book worm won't fetch much in the outside world. There is a demand for skills and only doing hard work won't take us to higher places. To achieve big, we must think big. RLJIT and its teaching faculty were a great source of inspirations for me personally. They have taught us morals and human values, and how the world outside college works, how important it is for us to build a career and not just getting a job.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided in RLJIT were good. We were provided with free Reliance Wi-Fi facility, and it was a great initiative with respect to the central government's Digital India scheme. I was a mechanical student, and all the labs related to mechanical engineering were well-equipped and were of great quality too. Safety was never compromised whatsoever. Libraries had a great collection of all the required books from those written by local authors and not limited to books written by international authors. It was a knowledgeable section of our college. There were good medical facilities for all students keeping in mind the emergencies that could take place. A nurse was always present during college hours. All kinds of sports were supported and appreciated. Labs were of high standards and classrooms were equipped with all the required facilities including projector and screens. In the canteen, good quality and healthy food was provided, and we had enjoyed a great taste. I was a day scholar, and according to my friends who lived in hostels, it was a great place, and all the cross ventilation was taken care. There was no infrastructure related issue from my perspective.
Faculty: The teaching faculty members were very knowledgeable and a great source of inspiration. They were great mentors too. They guided us to get on the right path. Teaching quality was great, and the atmosphere in which we studied was like in a Gurukula. The student to faculty ratio was 75:1. There was a local guardian allotted to every student to take care of their overall growth. Industry exposure was not provided.
Other: There were many events conducted on the campus. Fresher's party and farewell events were conducted. College day, Engineer's day and all other festivals were celebrated. The campus crowd was always high. The college connectivity is good. The campus is huge. Scholarships were provided to many eligible and also non-eligible students. There were many extracurricular activities including sports and other competitions.

Infrastructure is good huge campus good placements every year.
Placements: 20% of students were placed in our ECE course, the highest package is 9.8 LPA, the lowest 2 LPA and the average is 3.4 LPA package. Tcs, teach Mahindra, l2rail, amazon etc. , , 20 percent students got internship in tcs, teach Mahindra and amazon etc. , sales manager, assistant research analyst etc. , .
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in hostel and campus, all labs are well-equipped by computers, huge library etc. , Food is very good with all the essential, clean mess and separate dispenser is there for medicine, huge field courts are there for sports. Hostel for boys 2 buildings are there and for girls 2 buildings.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well qualified and knowledgeable good teaching quality. Yes the course curriculum is relevant and yes for sure it makes the students ready for industry ready. It's average difficult in the semester exams and 90% pass percentage.

    Everything is fine in college.
Placements: It depends on student performance and effort, and the knowledge they have learned. Recently, the campus placement package for Cybersecurity, AIML, Data Science was 14 LPA, and the lowest package was 4 LPA. I think around 30 members got placed in the campus interview in the last 2 months.
Infrastructure: Yes, everything is available, and the nature is good. There may be distractions, but it depends on the mind and what we want to do with the things. Everything is good: sports room (indoor and outdoor), faculty, swimming pool, hostel, nature, canteen, and library.
Faculty: Yes, the faculty is good and knowledgeable. Every day, every week, there are tests, labs, assignments, and records. The week is full of academics, with fewer breaks. The allied science labs have smart board teaching, projects, presentations, assignments, regular exams, development programs, knowledge-gaining sessions with experts, and workshops.
Other: I chose this course based on my passion, and I’m following my passion.
