It is a good college to become qualified.
Placements: The college provides placement but only a few students are able to get placed. The college has a special placement and training cell, but mostly the technical staff members over there are guiding for the GPAT exam. The remaining students mostly do a job or try for higher education.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility. The college infrastructure is good but needs to maintain it. Sports championships are held. There is a special cell for the university-level sports tournament. The college provides a canteen facility but the owner often changes regularly.
Faculty: Staff members are very serious about the course and our career. Teachers are enough qualified to teach students. The pharmacy exams are quite difficult but it usually depends on which university we are studying. Studying only B.Pharma makes students a bit industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course because there is no option for me. The college should provide more knowledge in the field. The college offers scholarships but mostly they irritate us to pay the entire fee in a short amount of time.

Really good infrastructure. The highest salary offered to a 2023 student was ₹4,00,000 per annum.
Placements: Out of 98 students, 48 were placed in 2023. The highest package received by a student in TCS is ₹4,00,000 per annum. There are many companies that recruit us, like TCS, Capgemini, Accenture, Sun Pharma, Cipla, and Glenmark. The students work in R&D, quality assurance, etc.
Infrastructure: Yes, there is Wi-Fi throughout the college. There is also a big library where you can sit and read books during college hours. The library has pharmacy books, self-help books, magazines, and newspapers. There are computers in the college that you can access during college hours for your work. All the infrastructure is excellent.
Faculty: This is a good course, but I still think some changes need to be made to improve it. The overall pass percentage is good. The main difficulty in the semester exams is that most students come from preparing for NEET and JEE exams, which focus on conceptual learning. However, semester exams require more theoretical knowledge. All teachers are helpful.

Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy and Research has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| B.Pharma | Candidate must have studied Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics/Biology subjects with above mentioned marks in the above subjects taken together from any recognised Board/Council. The mentioned marks of SC/ST and OBC is for the candidate belonging to maharashtra State. Candidates who are appearing at the qualifying examination are also eligible. Maharashtra State candidates must have to appear for MHTCET. All India Candidates need to appear for MHTCET/NEET. However, preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining non zero positive score in NEET over the candidates who obtained non zero score in MHTCET. |
