Analyze before you choose.
Placements: The placement faculty is average in this college. Being a government college, Eanchi Women College provides average placement of INR 3L-4L in the commerce field. Recently, there was a placement drive from TCS where 10 students were placed. Companies like Garnier and Jharkhand Gov.. Companies also visit the college. The Science department gets more placements than the commerce department.
Infrastructure: The thing that attracted me first towards this college was the infrastructure. The college is full of greenery. Ranchi, being a hill station itself, is full of greenery, which the college also depicts. The campus is huge, with big classrooms, Wi-Fi facilities, an auditorium, water coolers, and washrooms; everything is top-notch. I have not opted for the college hostel, so I cannot provide a review for it, but yes, I have opted for a hostel outside the college, which is very good. All the amenities like Wi-Fi, lift, good food, and good water are provided.
Faculty: The faculty of the commerce department is very good and student-friendly. The teachers not only teach but guide us. Whatever the query is, how many times we ask it doesn't matter; every time we get a good response. The teachers help the students by teaching with real-life case studies and the Indian economy, which helps us relate to real-life Indian commerce and trade.
Other: The thing that made me choose this course was its wide scope. The faculty of commerce provides knowledge with real-life cases, which help us face the real world. The college conducts a series of events on every occasion. Like for the upcoming foundation day, there are various competitions with cash rewards. Officials from RBI and other departments also visit the college to conduct various seminars and programs. The college in the youth month helps with a month full of events and fests, which keep the students engaged with the college.

Review of Ranchi Women's College.
Placements: Being a government college, the placement opportunities at Ranchi Women's College are good. Companies like TCS, GARNIER, and various Jharkhand government agencies come for placement programs. The teachers also conduct workshops and training sessions to improve the skills needed for placements.
Infrastructure: The first thing that attracted me was the infrastructure. The college's facilities are commendable. It is filled with trees and sitting areas. Walking in feels like entering a garden. It is also neat and clean. Since I did not opt for the college hostel, I cannot review it. However, the cleanliness and sanitation facilities are good.
Faculty: Many assume that government colleges in India do not provide good knowledge or have quality faculty, but Ranchi Women's College proved that wrong. If you attend classes seriously, you'll find knowledgeable faculty who provide quality education. The teachers are student-friendly and very approachable; if any student has a query, it gets resolved quickly. They also use real-life examples, which help us understand real-world trade and commerce
Other: The college hosts many festivals and activities like the annual sports day. Participants from different colleges take part, and the college celebrates sports month. July 18th is the foundation day, featuring quiz competitions, drawing, and speech contests with exciting cash prizes.

There are no good placements. The infrastructure is good, fees are quite high according to study.
Placements: The placement quality is good. The median package is decent which varies between 4 to 4.5 LPA. About 90 to 95% of students are placed during the college placement. They provide everything to help students during placement. You can go for admission to the college.
Infrastructure: The college has all the necessary resources to support the studies. There is a library, canteen, and hostel provided by the college. The college infrastructure is good, with having a small garden with beautiful flowers. Its location is good because the college is situated in a road area.
Faculty: The college faculty members are very well-qualified and experienced. Through which the academics of the college is very good. The curriculum is updated as per the need, as AI is introduced. You can go for admission to the college. You can definitely go for this.
Other: There is no event and fest can be organised.

College infrastructure is good but not well-maintained.
Placements: The very least percentage of students get placements here, about 10-20%. We got to know that most placement opportunities come from TCS and Wipro. Teachers inform us about internships and many other programs. Overall, it is average.
Infrastructure: I don't live in the college hostel, I stay in a private hostel. But, from what I've heard from friends and college mates, the food provided there is edible and good. I have visited my friends' rooms and observed that the rooms are spacious and very neat and clean.
Faculty: Teachers are well-experienced, very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is awesome. The curriculum is relevant, and I can say it makes students industry-ready by informing us about internships for our experience. Exams are easy to hard, and the pass percentage is around 91%.
Other: This course has scope in the future.

Absolutely satisfied because of the supportive faculty and the non-teaching staff also.
Placements: There was no such placement in my course, but other courses like BCA, BBA, MCA, and CND had placements. The placement cell is very active, and some companies like Byjus and CallConcept, etc., are some of the companies. The placement cell of the college is very active and provides all the notifications.
Infrastructure: The facilities are very helpful and supportive in nature. The library is also very good; there are plenty of books which are helpful for the regarding courses. There is an option for online sources in the library. Overall, the environment of the library is very good with supportive staff.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful and the quality of teaching is also good. Exams were a bit difficult, but if someone is regular in class, then they can easily do it. The passing percentage was nice, and almost 80 percent of the total class was passed in the semester exams.

Value for Money and amazed to see the placements of the 2023 batch.
Placements: Placements do come to the colleges and are pretty decent as per the graduation level. Many students were placed and had converted to the placements. Companies like EY have also visited the campus and have taken more than 3-4 students from the batch with a package of 5+ LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is decent and the college is divided into two blocks: Arts and Science block. Hostels are decent to live in as per the area. You would get good facilities to all basic amenities, and a ground is also within the campus to have sports or free time in.
Faculty: Faculty members are all well-educated and have good knowledge of the course. They are also very supportive to you in every manner possible. Course curriculum is relevant to the subjects and is well organized. Also, the courses will make you pretty much related to the corporate work. Overall, you would enjoy the course in every possible manner. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty; those who would come regularly to college would clearly ace the exams.
Other: The college is value for money and is provided with the best faculty members who are supportive. It is good to take admission during your graduation period.
