Placements: The college has a placement cell that organises campus recruitment drives, career guidance sessions, aptitude training, and interview preparation. Placement opportunities vary each year depending on student performance my college also helps students with their best career. The placement teacher is mostly available 24/7 for students.

Infrastructure: Rao Pahlad Singh College of Engineering & Technology provides well-equipped classrooms, laboratories, computer labs, a library, a workshop, and a canteen area. In hostel electricity is provided at all times and security is provided for hostel students creating a comfortable atmosphere for academic learning and overall student development.

Faculty: The faculty at Rao Pahlad Singh College of Engineering & Technology Balana is supportive and experienced. They don't use any wrong word they talk politely to students. They motivate students through motivational lectures, helping them build knowledge, technical skills, and academic confidence.

Overall, the transport facilities are good.

Placements: My course is Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Approximately 2 to 5 LPA is the average package offered to students during internships. The package increases based on performance. There are many companies like Infosys, Amazon, Google, and many others.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and library are good. The library has almost all the required books. Students can issue books without any charges for the entire semester. Classrooms have smart boards and are well ventilated. This is my review of the classroom and library facilities.

Faculty: All teachers are well educated. Exams are conducted every month. The level of exams is moderate. Approximately 95 percent of students pass. Students who fail have to retake the exam until they clear it, which I consider a good system.
