Review of Rayat-Bahra University [RBU].

Placements: Around 70-80% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered ranges between 10 LPA - 15 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 4 LPA - 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered ranges between 2 LPA - 3 LPA. Some top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, IBM, etc. Around 50-60% of students got internships in TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc. Top roles offered are software developer, IT consultant, system analyst, web developer, network engineer, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities. Our college has a library and labs. Wi-Fi facility is available in classrooms. A few computers run without any problem. All the remaining computers have some problems like software or ethernet problem. Physics and chemistry labs are good. They provide all the required facilities. The hostel rooms are average. They provide 3 beds in each room. The food served in the mess is good, healthy, and tasty. They provide sports and games facilities.

Faculty: Our teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum makes students industry-ready. They organise some industrial visits for practical and real-time knowledge. Semester exams are moderate. The pass percentage is 33%.

Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it. I wanted to become a software engineer. They should teach on a laptop instead of notebooks. Many events are held in our college. Many celebrities visit our college.
