The total tuition fee for MBA ranges between INR 6.8 lakh and INR 13 lakh. Students are required to pay course fee after completion of all selection rounds to confirm their seats. Admission to MBA course is based on national-level entrance exam CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, etc. The university also conducts AMCAT for providing admission to MBA course. Additionally students need to qualify English test for admission to MBA International. The shortlisted students are further called for a personal interview round. In case a student is unable to pay fee within specified time his or her admission will stand cancelled.

MBA is a two-year course divided into four semesters. Amity University Mumbai offers MBA in seven specialisations through the Amity School of Business, RICS School of Built Environment and CII School of Logistics. Admission to MBA course is based on AMCAT score followed by a personal interview round. Students with at least 50 percentile in last educational qualification. Students need to qualify English test for admission to MBA International. Additionally students must also fulfil eligibility requirements for admission to MBA course. According to the NIRF report 2023, 198 MBA students were placed out of total 204 students during Amity University Mumbai MBA placements 2022 .
