Royal College of Nursing admissions are based on merit. The institute considers applications of candidates meeting the eligibility criteria. No candidates cannot become a doctor if they have done only BSc Nursing. But they can apply for MBBS after BSc Nursing if they really want to become a doctor.
For MBBS, they will have to sit for NEET UG and also pass it. And that is how after pursuing MBBS, they can become a doctor.
There is no direct way of becoming a doctor after only BSc Nursing.
