Candidate who have passed 10+2 with English having mentioned of marks in Vocational Stream-Health care Science from a recognized CBSE board/Centre. |

No, it is not generally possible to complete studies after more than 10 years of joining. You can resume the course after 1-2 years of a gap, but resuming after 10 years seems impossible.
