B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2027
4.2
4Placements4Infrastructure5Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
Good faculty members and decent placements with strong campus life and facilities.
Placements: Around 70% of students in our course got placed through campus placements. The highest package offered is 12 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average package is around 5.5 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies included TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, and L&T. Nearly 60% of the students got internships in companies like TCS, Cognizant, and a few startups during their final year. Top roles offered software developer, data analyst, QA engineer, and system administrator. Overall, the placement support and guidance from the faculty members are helpful, especially for students who actively participated in training programs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our course is quite decent. We have access to well-maintained classrooms with projectors, fully equipped computer labs, and a library with a good collection of academic books and reference material. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus, though the speed can vary at times. Hostel facilities are satisfactory, with clean rooms, regular housekeeping, and 24X7 water and electricity supply. The mess served decent food, though the variety and taste could be improved.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful, well-qualified, and have good subject knowledge. Teaching quality is mostly satisfactory. The curriculum is relevant and includes practical subjects. Exams are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage is around 80%.
Other: I chose this course due to my interest in technology and the career opportunities it offers. The best part is the practical exposure through projects and labs. Campus hosts annual fests and technical events that encourage participation. Crowd is diverse and friendly, and location is well-connected. I wish the college had more tie-ups with industries for internships. Extracurricular activities and clubs are active, but there's scope for better sports infrastructure and updated lab equipment.

Good placements in 2025. Infrastructure is good.
Placements: Our batch of B.Tech in computer Science and engineering has around 87% placements. The highest package offered is 12 LPA. Around 75% of students secured internships. Roles offered in top companies are software developer, content developer, software engineer head, and cloud engineer.
Infrastructure: Our computer science and engineering department offers excellent facilities and infrastructure, including well-equipped computer labs, high-speed Wi-Fi classrooms, libraries, and seminars. We also provide 24 x 7 water, electric, and Wi-Fi service.
Faculty: Teachers in the CSE department are very helpful, and knowledgeable, and respond well using practical photos and real-life examples to understand. They are supportive and have a good experience.
Other: Experience is good.

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2028

Placements and infrastructure are disappointing but the curriculum and faculty are good.
Placements: The amount of students getting placement seems to be low. The highest package was around 15 Lacs p.a. and the lowest 2-3 Lacs p.a., average being around 6 Lacs p.a. Mercedes was a recruiter last year, bringing the highest package. Honestly, only a few students get internships in this course. After graduation, mechanical engineering offers many possibilities including Aerospace engineer, automotive engineer, and many more, landing high-paying jobs in various companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is average. The classrooms are well-designed. But it only has one library which might get crowded sometimes. There is only one canteen available, hence it gets really overcrowded during lunch hours. Network is a big issue and there is no Wi-Fi available on campus. Labs are also average since all the necessary instruments and machinery are present but it's outdated. The hotel is not bad, the rooms are spacious and the mess's food is not that good. The college does offer sports but it's really limited.
Faculty: The teachers are good. They are qualified and really helpful. However, I personally don't like their teaching style, lectures seem really dull. The course is affiliated with GTU so it is relevant. It has all the necessary basic materials to make a student industry-ready. The exams are difficult and the passing marks are 40%.
Other: I was always passionate about machinery since a young age which led me to choose mechanical engineering. The course is really complicated. It needs to be revised and some of the things need to be removed. The college does host fests often.

Great college of engineering.
Placements: System analyst, data analyst, network engineer, IT consultant, software developer, web developer, and various roles are offered. Many students get good placements at Sal Education in the ICT branch. From this, you will get a good knowledge of all subjects related to ICT.
Infrastructure: Labs and the library are very good. Wi-Fi is a bit poor in the area, but you will get all the needed facilities at Sal Education. There is no hostel for engineering students but classrooms are quite good, air-conditioned, and perfectly cleaned. Overall, the infrastructure is very good.
Faculty: Faculty members are good at Sal Education. Exceptions are always there but if you consider taking admission into Sal Engineering and Technical Institute, you will find it very easy to get a clear understanding of every subject deeply. You will get help for any need from every faculty.
Other: I chose this course as it is a mixture of information technology and electronics and communication, so I can get 2 sides of knowledge and have vast options for my master's plan. It is a very interesting course because semiconductor technology is in increasing demand. It has a very good scope to get into.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty members and my college friends are really good.
Placements: Companies that visit our college that are related to web development, flutter, net technology, and many other companies visit. We can also learn about corporate life before it starts and that's a good point about college. I think if you do not get admission to government college, then you can choose our college.
Infrastructure: Excellent infrastructure is there. Our campus life is best. There are two big grounds for playing sports and also more than two gardens for enjoying. There are some secret places where we can enjoy our time and have an excellent indoor room for games.
Faculty: Faculty members are tensed about students' studies so I recommend that study wise better college. Sometimes faculty members also took small tests in classrooms. They are also concerned and ask about every chapter after its end and regularly check for practicals.
Other: Best activities, webinars, and events are held in our college so students can also enjoy their college life. Only 5 days a week students have to go to college.

I am not satisfied with the placement scheme.
Placements: There is no placement scheme for pharmacy students. So no one has ever got a placement from campus. They recommend some recruiting companies like Torrent Pharma, Zydus, Sun Pharma, etc., where we have to apply ourselves. I don't know about the internship program but never heard anyone got one from the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very neat and habitable. Classrooms are equipped with air-conditioners and they are always clean. The projectors are also there. The library is the best place in the college, it's very quiet and peaceful over there. It contains all kinds of pharmacy-related books so we don't have to buy them from outside the market. They don't have Wi-Fi facility though. College doesn't have a boys hostel. The canteen is okay but the food quality is very low. We have a huge ground for sports activities.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good in every sense. Most of them hold a Ph.D. degree and are very knowledgeable. They are always eager to share their knowledge with us. The course we are studying is given by GTU and it does make us industry-ready. The GTU examination is not child play. You need to score minimum 40% to pass the exam.
