My 4-year experience is quite good, placements are good. Overall, I rate this college 4/5.
Placements: Around 80% of students were placed in a company through campus interviews. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are iWave, Oneyes Information Tech, Roriri, XBI4, Centizen, and Kissflow. Around 60% of students got internships at companies like Talrop and Kissflow. Top roles offered are full stack developer, embedded engineer, backend developer, data analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are commendable across departments, with 24/7 Wi-Fi. The speed is average and it can be rated as 3.5 out of 5. Labs are clean and well-maintained and can be rated as 4.5 out of 5. Classrooms are decent and can be rated as 4 out of 5. Hostel quality is good and rated as 3.8 out of 5. The food in the hostel and canteen is affordable and satisfactory, and it rated as 4 out of 5. Medical facilities include transport to hospital and rated as 4.3 out of 5. Sports events are conducted like football, cricket, badminton, volleyball, and athletics. Sports are excellent and rated as 4.75 out of 5.

My college is under Anna University so semester exams are little difficult. There is no idea about question papers because they will be set by Anna University. The pass percentage is 45-50%.
Other: I chose this course because of my passion and strong technical knowledge, opting for Computer Science. The best aspect of this course is the promising career opportunities, with good salary, working hours, and environment. I believe adding classes for aptitude and department-based programming languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and Java would enhance student knowledge and ease interview preparation. Events, fests, campus crowds, connectivity, surroundings, scholarships, and extracurricular activities are excellent.

Honest review of SCAD College of Engineering and technology!
Placements: According to the recent downturn in job opportunities at major companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The placement opportunities are a little bit poor. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA and most of the companies are low-tier companies. Paid internship opportunities are provided by the institution every year as well as this year. The top roles offered in my domain are network engineer, front-end developer and junior software developer.
Infrastructure: The campus infrastructure is excellent and there are so many facilities inside the campus. Wi-fi is available in each department. The quality of the facilities in the hostel is good and the food provided in the hostel and the college canteen is healthy. Medical facilities are available on the college campus.
Faculty: The staff and faculty members support the students to get better in academics. The staff is knowledgeable and helps us gain more knowledge. The curriculum is partially making the students industry-ready. The semester exams are as per the rules and regulations of Anna University, and they are at an average level of difficulty.

Placements: Great placements are given to the students by the top companies. The seniors who are placed have gained good knowledge and experience from their companies. Various placement skill training are provided to the students before their end semester.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure. Pure water is always available. Food in the hostel is purely good and taste preferable. Laboratory facilities are always available for the students. Classrooms are always neat and clean. Sports is considered one of the major things in college.
Faculty: Exams are conducted as per the rules of the university. Faculty members are helpful to the students. There is no difficulty if we prepare for the exams in the internals. There is no need to stress during the semester exams. The industrial visit is available every semester.

You can consider this college if you want to study in Tirunelveli. It's not so bad, not so good.
Placements: Most of the students from my department got placed. The highest package ever received by a college student is 31.5 LPA, while the lowest is 2.4 LPA. On average, students got placed around 3.6 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Zoho and TCS. Only a few students got internships. Overall, placements are okay, but some offers include non-IT roles like sales.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not that good; classrooms are average. The library is good with a decent amount of books. My college doesn't offer free Wi-Fi to students except for computers. Sports and games are the worst. They don't allow us to play sports unless it's sports day, so we can't get proper sports practice. The canteen doesn't offer many varieties, and the food for hostel students is not that good.
Faculty: Some of our teachers are really knowledgeable. They always help us with our studies. But some staff members are really the worst. They don't even teach; they just pass time by sharing unwanted stories. This college is affiliated with Anna University, so the difficulty of exams depends solely on Anna University.

Placements: The percentage of students placed was 50%. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Zoho, TCS, Infosys and Wipro. Around 35% of the students got internships in my course. The top roles offered are junior network analyst and junior developer.
Infrastructure: The facilities and the infrastructure are really good. The department is maintained properly by the management. Classrooms are not equipped with any teaching facilities. The quality of the hostel food is average and the accommodations are good. The canteen and mess facilities are good. Medical and wi-fi facilities are available on the college campus.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful in our academics. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is not that relevant to a career. The semester exams are average and they can be easily cleared with good grades by studying one week before the exams. The pass percentage is 45%.
