Great infrastructure and industry exposure, but faculty and placements could be improved.
Placements: ISBS Pune achieves 90-100% placement, with an average salary around ₹6.6-7 LPA and top offers up to ₹16.3 LPA. Leading firms from BFSI, IT, FMCG, consulting, and retail sectors recruit widely. Almost every student gets an internship, often translating into final job offers. Typical roles include management trainees, analysts, finance consultants, and operations/sales positions.
Infrastructure: Indira School of Business Studies offers excellent infrastructure with well-equipped classrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, a rich library, computer labs, and seminar halls. The hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms and basic amenities. The mess food is average but hygienic, and the canteen offers a good variety. Medical facilities are available on campus, and there are provisions for indoor and outdoor sports, contributing to a balanced campus life.
Faculty: Faculty at Indira School of Business Studies is moderately helpful and well-qualified, though teaching quality varies across subjects. The MBA curriculum is fairly relevant, with good emphasis on industry exposure, internships, and presentations, helping students become industry-ready. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty, and the pass percentage is generally high, with most students clearing exams with proper preparation.

The best place to become industry-ready.
Placements: Around 90% of students get placed. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the average is 7.6 LPA. Top roles include BDA, B.A., and others. Top recruiting companies include Deloitte, Razorpay, etc. Almost 80% of students get internships in top companies, including Deloitte, BNY, etc.
Infrastructure: For courses, our infrastructure is top-notch with smart boards in all classrooms. The hostel is a very good place for students to stay, with a good mess. The college has sports facilities, including a basketball court, table tennis court, and other sports.
Faculty: All teachers are exceptionally good and have great knowledge. They make students industry-ready. The semesters are very easy. The percentage of students passing the semesters is 90%. The remaining 10% fail due to not studying.
Other: The college has various committees, and the events are very entertaining for students, including cultural, sports, etc.

My review about this college.
Placements: General stipend ranges from Rs 30,000 per month - Rs 40,000 per month. Some internship stipend crosses Rs 50,000 per month. Students were given real-time problems on which they had to implement the aspects learned in college. We had more than 90% placements in our batch with an average package of 8.5 LPA. A lot of students got jobs. Few students got international placements also as major consulting and banking firms. Companies like Deloitte, Michael Page, Hero, Indian Oil, and Bloomberg recruited from the campus. I remember last time the highest package offered by HDFC was 30 LPA and by Reliance it was 45 LPA.
Infrastructure: The mess food was good but lacked variety. The menu was decided by the mess committee as per the discussions and the meetings with the students staying in the hostel. There were very nice dhabas available next to college for snacks and outings.
Faculty: Faculty members were rated as one of the best in India. We had industry experts and faculty with industry experience. Many faculty members had their case studies published in HBR. They were extremely good. The faculty members also write journals that published in major publications across the globe. They helped us to achieve the course through hard and continuous revision. They clear out all the doubts. There were 4-semester exams for this 2-year course. Faculty members were helpful and taught us in a good manner. There were four semesters, and the exams were done semester wise. The course curriculum was very much updated and kept in line with the industry requirements. It had a lot of new subjects that were being taught in leading B-schools. The exam structure was in the trimester format which keeps the students busy throughout the year with sufficient extracurricular activities being held throughout the year.

Management college without any management.
Placements: It had very bad management, which needs to improve, and the students placed are in teachers' favor. The package is very low, and there are a number of students fighting for one placement. The placements are very few, and the students are double that. The guidance of teachers is only for other known or favorite students. The internships or placements are not according to the specialization; they are the same for all, which has nothing to do with the background and does not help in any way with our specialization.
Infrastructure: Not up to the point, but still okay. The management is not worth it, and people staying there in the first year are not even staying there anymore, so this might be enough to describe it. Talking about the course, it does not have any issues; it is good and not so bad that you won't survive there.
Faculty: Very bad teachers. Mistakes are ignored, and students have to face the circumstances during the exam period. They make students stand outside for half an hour for being 2 minutes late for the exam, while the same favorite students have no such rules. They don’t allow those students to give exams who are sometimes not able to pay their fees on time, and having no other choice, they have to give exams in backlog, which is not at all fair for students and their future.
Other: Everything is for the students who run behind the teacher, and others don't get any information. What's the use of paying such high fees for this tolerance?

Learn corporate experience if you join this college.
Placements: Currently my batch will be passing out in 2026. But if we SEE the reports of our seniors till now, approximately 70-75% of students are placed in big companies. There are yet more companies to come for placements. As far as internships are concerned, we have big companies like L&T, BNY Mellon, and Tata Technologies coming with PPO chances for batch 2024-2026.
Infrastructure: Our college has a good infrastructure. It has a good classroom with a digital board that can capacitate a class of 60 students. It has a good IT lab with a high-speed internet connection. It has a library that consists of around 3000 books and articles published by big authors.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified. Their teaching pattern is so good, and they clear all the doubts of the students and help them in mentoring too. PGDM is practical-based and makes the students ready to face corporate. They will be taught real-life experience about corporate.

Absolutely good college with a better future for corporate industry interviews.
Placements: You should get a minimum of 7 CGPA. The highest package is 6-7 LPA, and the minimum is 2.5 LPA. Airtel, Citibank, Amazon, Deloitte, etc. The college provides internships through company references, so most students get internships from the college. Many students get placed through the college.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi in certain areas of campus, well-equipped labs, classrooms with all facilities available, which makes it smart classrooms, all types of books are available in classrooms, the hostel is for girls only and it is in the campus itself, food is top-notch, medical facilities and sports.
Faculty: All professors are helpful, well-qualified, and professional in their work, with experience in teaching. Semesters are easy, but you have to study to get good marks. You need to bring more than 6 CGPA but should aim for more than 8 CGPA for a better future.
Other: We have a fest every year called GUSTO, educational trips, other trips, scholarships, etc.
