Faculty: The faculty-to-student ratio in the department makes a big difference. Faculty members are hired from premier institutions. Their connections and resources helped me a lot to grow as a student. The curriculum is relevant, although it needs to be more intensive and structured. Too much information is dumped in one semester and we don't get practical learning or pro bono counselling sessions with supervision for psychotherapy.
