Average college with average compus placements with good compus life .
Placements: Percentage of students who got placements is low but the average package is in between 3 to 5 Lacs per annum. The highest pack is 15 Lacs per annum. They provide internship offers to maximum students. Students need to work on their skills to get job.
Infrastructure: well-equipped 20 computer labs with 70 systems in each lab. They provide high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity and they use projector and whiteboard to explain. Hostels are well maintained with high security, good food, high Wi-Fi speed and bus services.
Faculty: Teachers are highly interested in teaching and students can choose the subjects for each semister. Curriculum is student friendly. Exams are bit tricky and passing percentile is 45 percentage. Students need to put extra efforts to learn more skills.

Review of Presidency University, Bangalore.
Placements: Only meritorious students get placements. If you want to enjoy college life but not studying, then I strongly recommend you not to join this university.
Infrastructure: All the classrooms have projectors and both white and green boards. There is a Wi-Fi facility in the university, but it is only for faculty members. Students cannot access it as the password is protected. Hostel food is good, and the hostel infrastructure is great with attached bathrooms in the room. The library is also good and updated daily, and the computer labs have the latest version of PCs. Moot court is available in the university.
Faculty: All faculty members are graduated in NLUs and premier governmental legal institutions. They have great exposure in practical law aspects as well as in teaching. This course curriculum is updated every year, and students are mentored efficiently to face industrial challenges.
Other: I have chosen this course because this course covers all the financial aspects of the law. If you want to work at corporates, then this is the right course for you. You can also study for a company secretary at part-time. There are lots of events like Meraki, which brings enjoyment to students during these festivals. The campus is vast, huge and contains all sports activities. Scholarships are available for the meritorious students, unprivileged and socially backward students.

Overall satisfied with the curriculum, faculty and UG level placements.
Placements: The placements at Presidency were decent enough. Around 75% of the batch sat for placements in various companies that visited the campus such as Ernst & Young, HP, Fidelity Investments and so on. The roles offered were mostly of associates and analysts. Amongst the packages, EY and Amba Research came out as the pay masters, offering 2.5-3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Talking about the infrastructure at Presidency, I would say it was decent enough. The classrooms had comfortable seating arrangements and had white and blackboards to enable teaching smoothly along with projectors for presentation purposes and notice boards for important notices and timetables. The library was well-equipped with books available for all types of courses. The food in the canteen was economically priced although the canteen infrastructure could have been better as it was a tad too small. Hostel rooms were not very spacious but manageable for two people sharing a room each. But, the hostel food needed improvement.
Faculty: The faculty members at Presidency were both qualified and knowledgeable. They conducted the classes in a disciplined and professional manner and were always able to clear even the most trivial doubts that the students would have. The teaching methods used were handouts, textbooks, presentations and black and white boards. The curriculum was designed in an apt manner and the subjects adhered to the course plan and were not vague or disconnected from the courses.

Return of investment at its best - Presidency University.
Placements: For my seniors( BCom), the average package overall was 2 LPA. Our batch had a better outcome and the average was 2.4 LPA. BCA and BBM were 2.5 and 2.20 respectively. EY is a very famous recruiter which normally takes 3-4 students for audit and same for taxation. Amongst mass hiring, IT companies like HP, Infosys and Wipro are available.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure wise it is not below average but neither above average. Tables and chairs are of good material and projectors are available in all classes across various departments. The computer labs and library are also good. Seminar hall is nicely established with good infrastructure.
Faculty: This university is very high in terms of faculty and course curriculum. Most of the faculty have MBA degree from IIMs and the US while others are also very highly qualified. The best thing about this is that they have a good experience in corporate which makes the curriculum better than most of the colleges.
Other: Hostel is available for boys and girls and most of the non-localities stay in the same. The college also provides bus services not just for students but also for faculty. There is a presence of a student council and an anti-ragging cell which gives security to every student. Facility manager makes sure that all facilities are addressed at the earliest.

Q:   Can I become a lawyer without a Law degree?
A:

No, you cannot become a lawyer without a Law degree. You mandatorily need to obtain degrees such as BA/BCom/BSc/BBA LLB or LLB in order to be a lawyer in India. To become a lawyer, one must first complete three-year or five-year LLB from a recognised university and possess degree certificate. Then, they must enrol themselves in local Bar Council of the concerned state and enrolled as an advocate. Within two years of the enrolment, they must appear and clear AIBE in order to be eligible to practise anywhere in India.
