Passed 10+2 examination conducted by the respective state / central government authorities with English as one of the subject, Physics, Chemistry along with either Mathematics or Biology as optional subject.
Obtained at least 45% marks (40 % marks in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
Passed Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharmacy) course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
Any other qualification recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to the aforementioned examinations.
In addition to this, the applicant must have obtain non zero positive score in at least one Pharmacy entrance examination like MHT-CET /NEET/Other State or National Level Pharmacy Entrance Exam / PERA CET.
